"As a teacher, school sucks. Hisoki runs towards his designated classroom, ten minutes late. Why was he late? He's the damn teacher! He huffs, running down the identical halls, the room numbers slowly rising. 206, 207, 208,209….. He was going to be teaching in room 221, what hall was that in again? He had tried to look nice for school, having his black hair flat ironed, and a brown tie to match his shoes. His vintage shoulder bag was starting to weigh on him, slowing down his movements. The bell had already rung ten minutes ago, but he wasn't even at school by that time. His entire morning routine was set back thirty minutes, since his alarm didn't wake him up, his dog did. "Come on.." Hisoki muttered, continuing to run down the halls. 219, 220, 221, 222- oh wait! He took a couple of steps back, placing his hand on the door." At Yokosa's Boys School of the World, only the richest and smartest get to go. So when five boys with polar opposite personalities get put in an English class together, chaos always erupts. And secrets always go down in flames.

Chapter 8

Yoshi has never regretted anything in his life. Well, expect dating his ex-boyfriend, but he didn't count that, at least not now. However, he did instantly regret asking Wafi if he wanted to hang out. Regretted it.

"What? Me? As in, only me?" He looked at Yoshi weirdly. Wafi and Yoshi have always had a hate/love friendship. They would hate each other, but as soon as a third person comes into the mix, they're both ready to fight. Yoshi sighs, nodding. "Yes, as in only you. I don't need another mess to pick up with Kai. And I need someone who won't beat me at MarioCart as Baker would." Yoshi explained as Wafi looked at him. "So I'm your third option." Yoshi thought for a moment, before humming and shaking his head. "No, I haven't asked Mago. Haven't seen him today since we didn't have class yet."

Wafi sighed, obviously offended but he didn't bring it up. "Yeah, fine. I can go. But don't insult me, I'm already traumatized from you pushing me into on-coming traffic." Yoshi looked at him, shaking his head. "You mean when I pushed you on an abandoned, dirt road. I'll go find Mago." He had said he regretted it, this was his perfect chance for an escape. "I'll go! Jeez." He mumbles, running up to Yoshi.

He stepped into Hisoki's room, waving towards him. Yoshi saw something in his bag, a shiny blue top. Hisoki closes his bag, waving back at Yoshi. "Hey, you guys are shockingly early. Why aren't you going to lunch?" Hisoki asked, grabbing an opened chip bag. He leans back in his chair, placing his feet on his desk. "Didn't want it. I didn't want to be late. He just kinda followed me." Yoshi says, sitting in his chair.

Wafi sits next to him. "I came cause all my friends are gone." Hisoki looks up at him, confused. "Kai and Baker aren't here today?" He asks Yoshi, watching the professor as he eats a chip. "I don't think they are. I don't have any of their classes, so I don't know. But I don't see them in the halls." Wafi says Yoshi agrees with him. It sucked that he didn't have anyone else classes, Yoshi only had Wafi.

"Well…" Hisoki pushes his rolling chair away from the desk, standing up and rolling up the bag of chips. "You guys wanna be partners for the homework? You don't need to see them in person to do this." He says, grabbing a red marker on the board. Yoshi was decently ok with that since Wafi tends to do his work. "Yeah, that's fine." He says, watching as the teacher wrote down different colors in English. "Ok, perfect. I'll give it to you guys at the end of class with everyone else."

Yoshi looked over at Wafi, who hadn't said a word in a couple of minutes, however, he was staring at Hisoki. "Hisoki, are you married?" Wafi blurted out, however, the teacher didn't turn around, instead kept writing in the foreign language. "No, I am not. May I ask where that came from?" Wafi shrugged, leaning back in his seat. It had to have come from somewhere. Yoshi scanned over Hisoki's body, finding no rings. He wasn't married. Wafi, instead of answering Hisoki's question, asks another of his own. "Hisoki, do you like men?"

Yoshi quickly turned to Wafi, hitting him in the arm. "Bro, what the hell!?! Why would you ask a question like that?" The brunette turns to Yoshi and shrugs. "Curious." He says casually, before turning back at the teacher.

The bell rang around the school, the sound of students entering the halls filled the three's ears. However, Yoshi continued to look at Hisoki. The teacher licked his lips, walking over to open the door wider for more students to file through the door. "I'll answer that one after school." He says with a soft smile, before walking back to the board.

The bell had rung for about five minutes, though Wafi and Yoshi were still bickering about the food they were going to choose. The project Hisoki had assigned was simple; go to an American restaurant, eat American food, talk about said American food. Yet the two could decide on a food choice. And Hisoki was eating it up. Technically, they weren't late for class, since it was the end of the day, meaning they could go at it for a long time.

"No way! That's too varied! Fast food depends on different countries! Whatever they sell in America is going to be different here!" Yoshi wanted to go to a restaurant that was run by Americans. Hisoki leaned on his desk, looking at the two bicker. "And do you think that it will change if we go to an actual restaurant? We don't have the same stuff as people do in the west. Different ingredients and stuff! How are we supposed to find a place that sells any of that! We can't! That's why we should just go to McDonald's or something."

Hisoki sighed, standing for his seat on the desk. "I know a place," Hisoki says calmly, raising his hand to get their attention. The two boys looked at him, probably forgetting that he was even here. "Oh! I'm sorry, we kinda got distracted!" Yoshi says, bowing towards Hisoki, who shook his hand. "It's fine. I know a place that you guys can go to. It is run by Americans and sells really good food. Trust me, from a native, it tastes the same. I'll text Yoshi the address." Hisoki says, walking back to his desk.

He grabs his bag, wrapping it around his shoulder. "I have to leave now, so you guys should get started with the project. I'll see you guys tomorrow, alright?" Both students follow his lead, grabbing their bags and walking towards the door. Hisoki takes his keys out of his pocket, locking the door behind them. "Wait, you still didn't answer my question!" Wafi says, catching Hisoki by surprise. Question? He didn't remember a question. "What's up?" Hisoki asks with a smile, turning around to look at the two boys. Yoshi was pulling on Wafi's arm, but the other stayed still, defiant. "Do you like men?" Wafi asked the boy behind him facepalming. Oh yeah, he forgot about that question. "Wafi?" Yoshi groaned through Wafi's eyes stayed on Hisoki.

He wouldn't lie, it was more a weird question to ask, but Hisoki didn't mind it. Unless the student would suddenly attack him, the English teacher didn't care. "Yeah, I do. Now, go do your project." Hisoki says, tilting his head towards the door before walking the other way.
