Elite Amaran

With one last cry from an escaping Amaran, Hitman21 is enveloped with a golden light and reached level 5. At the same time, Lay logged off the game and took the VR helmet off his head.

His harvest had been very good in the four hours that he spent farming monsters. If before he was equipped with Gray clothes and pants, now he replaced them with Green equipment.

In terms of attributes, the Green equipment gave him a total of 3 Agility and 2 Endurance for a total of 5 stat points.

Feeling his body, Lay is unsurprised by the numb feeling he's experiencing. Anyone who maintains the same position for an extensive amount of time is bound to feel numbness and he is no exception. Furthermore, the time was already 10 in the afternoon and he was feeling hungry.

As someone who had 8 years of experience working, Lay knew very well the importance of a healthy body. Though being poor limited the number of resources that he could invest in his body it didn't stop him not to be careless in dealing with it. Therefore, he made sure to eat his fill, go to the bathroom and take a bath

Doing all of this amounted to 2 hours of Lay's time. Afterward, he returned to the game.

Surveying the surroundings, Lay approached a green Amaran resting under a tree. He didn't approach directly but rather took a longer route in order not to startle the creature.

Once he is close enough, he throws an inspect on the unsuspecting Amaran.

The Elite Amaran didn't look any different than the rest of its kind but Lay had a feeling that his method of killing the Level 3 Amarans won't work on this one.

But feelings are feelings, Lay prefers to believe in cold hard evidence more than anything, or else he would not work out every time he's not in the mood.

So with the mentality of digging for the truth, Lay slowly arrived at the Amaran.

When he does one of the Amaran's ears twitch and it showed a sign of waking up.

Satisfied with the results, Lay fired his gun.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

The first bullet hit the Amaran in the head causing it to be slightly stunned and making way for the second bullet to hit. Unfortunately, the Amaran recovered at this time and easily avoided the third bullet with a backward leap.

As it was thinking of ways to counter-attack it didn't notice a bullet speeding below it. Before it could react it was once again stunned with a bullet to the head the moment it lands.
