Comforting Hug

Thanks to Alexander's fast car, they reached the hotel fast. Sabrina immediately ran to their hotel room.

The door was locked!

Sabrina left her key card on Alexander's car because she rushed out. Then suddenly a loud bang was heard.

Alexander kicked the door open and there they saw a man beating a woman violently. He was kicking and punching her non stop. The woman cried out in pain upon receiving his kicks.

"Kenzie!" Sabrina shouted.

Alexander ran inside the room and blew a strong punch on the man's face which knocked him down immediately. But he didn't stop there, the pinned the man down and punched him repeatedly until his face was no longer recognizable. He only stopped when he heard Sabrina's voice shouting her manager's name.

"Kenzie wake up please! I'm so sorry I'm late, please wake up!" She cried while shaking Kenzie. Her heart is in so much pain right now seeing her manager covered in wounds and blood. Tears didn't stop flowing from her face.

Alexander's heart broke seeing her like this.

He brought out his phone and called, "Grey Glamour Hotel, now!" he said then kept his phone and turned to Sabrina and said, "Will you be okay here alone? My secretary will arrive soon," he asked her but she looked at him confused.

"I'll take your manager to the hospital, my car is faster than the ambulance," he said.

Sabrina nodded her head not having the energy to speak anymore.

Alexander immediately kneeled down and carried Kenzie who was currently unconscious. Sabrina followed them in the parking lot, wanting to make sure that she's going to be okay.

Sabrina opened the car door for them, "Please take care of her," she told him between her sobs. Alexander placed Kenzie carefully inside the car then closed the door.

Alexander faced Sabrina and suddenly pulled her into a tight hug and kissed her in the head, "Everything's going to be okay," he comforted her. After a few seconds, he let go of her and entered the driver's seat and sped away.

Although Sabrina was completely confused by his actions, she didn't have the time to think about it. Her mind was full of Kenzie. She's very worried about her manager right now. The image of Kenzie being beaten in front of her played repeatedly on her mind.

Realizing that the suspect was still in their room, she immediately ran back.

Thank God he's still here! She said in her mind. Alexander's punch was so strong that it made the man unconcious and his face is now beyond recognition.

Soon the police came in the scene, Sabrina told the police about what happened.

"Ma'am you will need to come with us in the station for your official statement," said the policeman.

"Okay," she answered.

Then Alexander's secretary also arrived at the scene. He immediately ran towards Sabrina and said, "Hi Miss Sabrina, Mr. Grande asked me to escort you."

Sabrina just nodded as a response. She was already drained. She had no energy left in her body.

Today was very tiring.

As they were walking in the hallways, Sabrina suddenly collapsed.

"Miss Sabrina wake up!" shouted Grey.

Inside a white room, Sabrina woke up feeling light headed. When she opened her eyes, she immediately saw Alexander.

"How are you feeling?" he asked her.

"My head hurts," she answered him.

"The doctor said you fainted due to fatigue, you'll have to rest for at least 2 days."

Sabrina who was still feeling dizzy remembered the things that happened yesterday, "Kenzie! I need to see her," she got out of her bed but was carried back by Alex.

"She's just right here," he said then opened the curtain behind him.

There she saw Kenzie lying in the bed. She was covered in bruises and bandages. Upon seeing Kenzie, Sabrina started to cry. She walked towards Kenzie and sat down in front of her. Alexander didn't stop her, he just held Sabrina's IV drip.

Sabrina held Kenzie's hand and said, "I'm sorry this is all my fault, I'm really sorry," she cried. She was blaming herself. If she didn't leave her alone, none of this would've happened!

Tears continued to flow down her face and then she felt a hand on her shoulders, "None of this was your fault, nobody wanted this," Alexander said.

Getting carried away by the moment, she suddenly turned around and hugged Alexander. Her head rested on his stomach, "Thank you so much for helping Kenzie," she said while crying.

Alexander didn't speak and just let her cry until she was tired. He patted her head while she cried.

When Sabrina got tired of crying, she went back to her bed and Alexander tucked her in. After a few minutes she was already asleep.

Suddenly, Alexander's phone rang. He went out of the room to pick up the call.

"Sir we already have him. We caught him at the airport yesterday," the man said.

"Good, make sure he doesn't escape," he said then ended the call.

He then dialed his assistant's number, "Bring me some clothes. Buy some porridge and fruits on your way," he instructed Grey.

"Yes sir," the man answered.

Alexander went back inside the room and sat beside Sabrina's bed. His heart broke by ths sight of her. She looked really tired. Her lips were pale in color, her eyes had dark circles around it due to crying since yesterday.

He lifted his hand and held her face, he rubbed his thumb on her cheeks and said, "I'll make sure to keep you safe," then he kissed her on the forehead.
