Looking at her teary eyes, Yu Rin asked with a hoarse and hesitating voice, "Why are you crying?"
Yu Yan only shook her head while she keeps on looking down at her feet.
However, Yu Rin's eyes are sharp, scanning her face that she is trying to hide, his eyes fell on Yu Yan's lips that seemed a bit swollen.
He jokingly asked with a thin smile, "Why? Did someone kiss you?"
But there was no response from her, unexpectedly, her eyelashes trembled and another drop of tears runs into her rosy cheeks.
After seeing her reactions, his hand on Yu Yan's arm became stiff, the thin smile on his lips disappeared but there was a flash on his eyes that no one knows what it means.
Yu Rin let go of her arm, but he placed his palm on her head, rubbing her hair and making it look like a bird nest while he said, "That's normal."
Yu Yan raised her head and look at Yu Rin's face, even though they're the same age, just the same height with Li Fu Jin, Yu Rin is taller than her, the top of her head is just below his nose.
There was a confused look on her eyes while she looked at him, however, Yu Rin did not say anything but let go of Yu Yan's messy hair, he turned around and leave.
After what Yu Rin said, Yu Yan can only take a slight breath. She wiped her face to remove her tears and fixed her messy hair.
On her way to their homeroom, before she entered, she's a bit reluctant, after what Li Fu Jin did to her, she doesn't know how to react once she sees him.
She took a deep breath and pretended that nothing happened but before stepping in, she peeked inside the room first and her eyes directly looked at her desk.
There was no cold silver hair boy sitting on his chair beside her seat that made Yu Yan happy. She went straight to her desk and right after she sat on her chair and started to relax.
However, there was a male student who sits on the chair in front of her desk that was empty yesterday.
The male student turn his chair to face Yu Yan's desk. He lean his elbow while he rested his head on his palm while looking at her.
"How's my baby?" he smiled sweetly while looking at her.
Hearing a familiar voice, Yu Yan raised her head to look at the person leaning on her desk, she was surprised.
Yu Yan: "..."
Big... Big brother Xi Ran?
What are you doing here?
With wide eyes, she open her mouth to speak, but remembered her father's order.
Why would you talk to me?
Xi Ran's eyes fell down on her swollen lips, but without a warning, there was a hard knock on his head that he almost slam his face on Yu Yan's desk.
"Hey!" Xi Ra looked at the person and complained while scratching his head that was hit. "Jei MeiFen! What's your problem?!"
It was MeiFen who saw how Xi Ran approached Yu Yan, and she already knows Xi Ran's purpose. Of course, she doesn't know that their siblings!
"Xiao Xi Ran, don't even dare!" MeiFen angrily said.
When MeiFen saw Xi Ran's eyes fell on Yu Yan's lips, she thought that Xi Ran is planning to take Yu Yan as one of his collections, therefore she wanted to stop him before he starts.
Xi Ran and MeiFen are homeroom pairs since they were in first level, but since Xi Ran keeps on skipping classes, she always had a headache whenever they try to complete an evaluation.
