Chapter 50: A Sorta Fairytale

Grayson rented out the entire butterfly garden for the afternoon.

Kimiko and Bryce had constructed a simple yet elegant arch decorated with Mexican sugar bells.They set it up beside the hexagonal bench at the center of the garden.

Bryce then took her place at the arch. She'd acquired a wedding officiant license online the night before. Now clad in a lavender flower print maxi dress, she walked a little taller than normal. She exuded the authority vested in her.

Kimiko and Emma-Geddon wore matching saffron sheath dresses. With their simple silhouettes and draping designs, they looked like mythological goddesses.

Sunshine rushed in with moments to spare. She'd made a quick costume change into a matching bridesmaid's dress after the movie wrapped for the day, but hadn't had the time to get all her makeup off. She looked like she'd just been in in a fight with a psychopath in a torture chamber. It was, in its own way, fitting to the occasion.
