Jack ran upstairs and collected everyone, one after another, and when they all were collected at one place Jack supported Lia. They went downstairs to the kitchen. Everyone held a dish and carried it to the end of the corridor, The backyard.

It looked the same, The same green blades of grass and the same old garden. Ida had really taken care of the whole house. The mortals had set up two picnic carpets on the ground and a table with chairs.

"Sit where you want to guys! Settle in, you guys must be hungry..."

Everyone settled later followed by the mortals. Lia sat on a chair beside Jack.

He had served both their plates. Lia was feeling better than before. She could keep her eyes open then.

"Jack..." Lia spoke for the first time since she had fallen sick. "Can you- feed me?" She asked. "I don't feel my body..." She added.
