Last time, Katsu and Rin were fighting and met an unfamiliar face.

The mastermind came to present himself.

So the rumors of the current Crimson-Eyed Reaper is more grotesque than I heard. I bet you could finish the job fully because of that little boy. Caliban replied. No, I actually hit the mark Katsu replied. What do you mean? Caliban asked. Your familiar is a part of you right? Katsu asked. So you attacked my familiar! Caliban asked. Rio that man over there does he have a ring around it's neck with like letters glowing on him? Katsu asked. Katsu, what are telling my son to do? Rin yelled. Don't get angry, I would never actually kill in front of my nephew or your wife. Katsu replied. That man was begging for his life. Arisa replied. Yeah, I killed him before he latched onto Rio. That was his plan. Katsu replied. You already saw the mastermind. I asked. I saw him before you all ran. Katsu replied. Katsu summoned Higanbana. What are you about to do? Ally asked. Katsu smiles. Katsu slashed a portal opened. What are you doing, Katsu? Rin asked. The portal sucked everyone through like a vacuum. Katsu, what are you doing? Ally asked. The portal started to close. Ally saw Katsu cut the mastermind's head off. Ally fainted from the altitude.

As everyone woke up they were in a grassy earthy environment

Where are we? I asked. Katsu falls to the ground covered in blood. A woman steps on Katsu's head. I see you haven't died from that fall. Impressive. Blake replied. Nice to see you too, Blake. Katsu replied.
