My overflowing greed

Everyone apologised to Arwin, and Arwin apologised cause of his mistake, with that everything become fine...

Like their problem didn't exist at all, everything become normal...that's how i see it

Arwin climb down the tree and with his redden eye,

"Guys"

He said as he approached the others with his open arm...

No one back down all of them approached Arwin,

Some with their arms open ready for the hug, some with their body ready to fall at Arwin's shoulder

All of them squeezed each others, it was a sight to behold

"Guys I'm sorry"

Arwin said as he tightly hug the person beside him,

"Ugh, Arwin I can't breathe"

Red said as he tap Arwin's shoulder, wanting to get out from the position he was put in

But Arwin was so emotional to see that red is having a hard time

"I'm sorry!"

"Arwin I won't laugh anymore"

The kids said as they hug each other tightly, Red that was stuck in the middle was almost suffocated, but thanks to his luck

The boss said something marking the end of their hugging session, and red's suffering...

'They look like my friends back in the orphanage'

I pondered, as i saw everyone breaking the hug until the only person left was red, who is hugging the ground

"Huff, its finally over, we already apologised to each other, why do it again?"

He muttered...but I heard his every words clear, am I eavesdropping?

I shook my head trying to ignore the question that I want to ask myself, and approached red that was still in the ground

I reached my hand to him as I felt pity too what happened to him, as a similar situation happened to me back in the orphanage

There are two of my friends that was fighting, I tried to break it but I got punch by the two,

'He's just trying to make everyone reconcile but he got hurt in the process'

I thought as I waited for red to touch my hand

"Thank you"

He said as he used my hand as a support to stand up...I smiled warmly and replied

"No problem"

With that both of us entered the house...it got food in the table but I don't think it can be enough for everyone

It got a loaf of bread that was it, there are at least fifteen of us here I don't think it would be enough, should I leave?

But I worried for nothing, everyone put their own share at the table

Some of the kid bought bread some vegetable, Red dumped a plastic full of peanut butter in the table making the kids and also the boss praised him

"Oh!, finally something to taste"

"Red your awesome"

"Red are you a god?"

"Hahha, bro dont call red a god, that's bad"

Red stayed silent even thought he was barrage with compliments and praised, Arwin then placed a red handbag in the table and proudly said

"Look, I'm much more awesome than Red"

Everyone looked at the bag for a second before taking a piece of bread...

"They wouldn't even praise me?"

Arwin whispered before taking his own piece

I was hesitate to get anything as I didn't do anything that deserve one of this...but red hand a bread to me

"Here"

"Thanks"

I said and he nod in response...

As I put the bread in my mouth, the only thing I can think is

Its delicious...

With that comes the night we all sleeps in the hard floor of the house...they just removed the table so everyone can fit in the inside the house...

How I wish I could stay

I thought as I fall asleep...

Day time come and it's the time for me to leave...

While everyone was still asleep I tried not to step at their body as I walk toward the door...

When I opened the door what I saw is the place I called home, it's not the complete identical to my place but the only difference is the location

Doesn't that mean were neighbors?

I thought before sitting in the corner of the door

Minutes of waiting and everyone finally woke up

The boss was the first one to approach me, he looked down to where I am before saying

"Then jar let's go, where do you live"

He asked me...which I answered by pointing at the dumpster near their rundown house...

"....."

The boss didn't said anything else.....with everyone presemt I said

"Visit me sometimes"

I said but I know the only person that heard me that time is the boss,

And here I am wanting to leave with everyone knowing about it

Two days has past since I leave that place, I look from afar and saw the house they live

"...Why didn't I ask if I could join"

I said to myself as I eat munch on a delicious dead rat

That place was peaceful but it's full of fun and friendly people, it's like the orphanage

"...."

I placed the rat down and wiped the dirt that was in my cheek

'I want to go there again, this time I don't want to leave, it's not that I want to stay in that house but cause I could talk and play with the people that live there'

With that in mind, I stand up....

Why didn't I ask if I could join them..the time I was inside their home...am I scared?, or maybe I'm just waiting for them to want me

I want to join them, I want to play with them, I want them to know me, I want to know all of them

I want...

"Let me join"

I yelled as i wildly knock at their door

Why did I do this? this is just embarrassing..but I guess with this I could know if I could join....

"Let me join please!"

The door slowly opened and I saw that the boss

was behind the door

"I was waiting for you"

That was the first words I heard before being the happiest i could be in my whole life....
