Upon coming to a mutual agreement, Rorthik led the way as the duo began to exit the Neglardia. Aron's reason for wanting to leave wasn't only to focus on deciphering one thing at a time; a part of him was concerned that the platform Rorthik led him to was focused on knowledge concerning the gift, which although useful to Aron, was not his main objective. 

If he could decipher the knowledge and take away what was useful from it, he could easily forge fake knowledge to tell Rorthik, or leave out some facts while providing some. After all, it was fairly unlikely that Rorthik could guess that Aron had someone with a mana demon in his midst, since Rorthik didn't react to Evanora in the same way his father had. It made Aron certain that Rorthik could not see through her.
