NOTHING'S REALLY CHANGED 1 [II] (Ch. 15)

Seven hours later Raven steps out of the train, past the check point and into on of the waiting taxies beneath the ever growing city lights, directing the driver towards his area he arrives to the sight of his old home's area, after a twenty minute long drive he arrives at a park not far from his former school,

"Raven?"

"Hugh?" He replies instinctively trying to recall the face of the person who'd called out to him

"Its you isn't it, Raven Voss, how've you been" the boy called out to him, after several seconds of deliberation he recalls the speaker (he's a former classmate, one of those who watched and laughed while i was bullied),

{Well to be honest all of them did},

(Fair point),

"You suddenly transferred without giving any notice, you've even been working out i see" the classmate states offering him a warm smile "when you left Darren was pretty pissed, i feel what you felt man, you left cause it was hard right? Too bad i Don't have that choice"

"Yeah?", (he's not letting go of his phone, he's been typing nonstop)

"Look i have to go"

"Running away are we?" He replies still smiling warmly

Raven meets the boys eyes with narrowed slits tracing his line of sight he whirls facing his back before instinctively stepping back, sighting an all to familiar trio causing a frown to dawn his face

"You dare call me here?" the boy standing center sporting his usual black face cap sneers

The three finally notice Raven with each sporting a shocked expression

"Crow?"

"it's him"

"Hehe long time"

"I was wondering why he called me... Crow you disappeared so abruptly, and without your owners permission no less.", He states before turning to the boy, "and you called us here because your angry right?, your his protégé after all, his replacement, you wanted to screw crow over"

(He's their slave?..he held me up here to call them?)

Coercing Raven down towards an alley Raven play's along with the farce, three leave the boy by the entrance before facing Raven who has his back against the wall,

"Well well well what do we have here?"

"what are these clothes? Did an old lady pick them out?" The girl states, her face contorting in distaste as she continues to rummage through the clothes

"They're gifts for my mom"

"Aww how cute, at least give back the clothes" the girl says in reply

"What the he are you even saying?, I've got to give gifts to my own mom too" the bare faced teen sporting a face cap replies,"he only has a five thousand credit note in here, fucking beggar!… c'mon let's go to hit up the arcade"

(No! Not that one, i can't let them take it!)

"I'll give you the clothes give my money back" Raven states pensively

"Huh?... you've gotten quite rude crow, just because you've list a bit of weight you think you're hot stuff, did you format your brain just because you thought you were free?" The bare faced boy replies squeezing Raven's shoulder in a vid to establish superiority, "look he's going to cry" he states signalling to Raven who drops his head.

"At least i don't have Darren's dick so far up my ass it can show on my face" Raven replies shooting the teen a mocking grin. Concentrating Raven focuses on the familiar feeling he'd felt the day before, the slight pinch, accompanied by the weight, holding it, like a bomb, it's fragility... THEN UNLEASH!,

Grabbing the boys hand with his left Raven pulls him in before crashing his fist against his solar plexus, the boy drops to his knees, releasing the contents of his stomach mixed with blood, raven deigns it unnessecary to follow up his assault.

"I gave you all my stuff just give me back the bill"

The sports guy rushes in with a kick, Raven shifts the compression point to his arms before his leg connects, taking the brunt of the attack, he manages to grap one of the boy's leg's before stomping with his heel,

"Arghhh!"

Raven recoils momentarily at the sight of the boys leg, broken in two bent facing the opposite angle, the boy clutching it screaming in agonizing pain, the remaining two watch with mouths agape,

"Now this is a real surprise.... crow" his heart seizes at the voice, his mind quickly giving into deeply ingrained fear,

"crow do it now"

"Kaw kaw" Raven responds instinctively in tandum with his protege

"Right, i have two now, The one that bit" he pauses, "Or should i say pecked the hand that fed it, he states olacing his hand on Ravens head, "and its lackluster replacement" ever imposing Darren Joo looks towards the two on the floor, his big lips scrunching in disgust,

"explain the situation" he demands looking towards 'the new' crow.

Ravens head hangs, the shame burning deep into him, deep, After getting his desired explanation Darren stares down the two before turning to Raven,

"Kneel" A battle rages in his mind momentarily but his body ultimately obeys.

"You hit me with a bottle then transferred away, i was sure id never see you again, i was sure you'd be well aware that I'd kill you if i ever did, I'm shocked you had the balls to even come around here, normally I'd wring your neck, but i'm in a rather good mood today"

Raven against his will shivers instinctively

"Die bastard!" the teen with the face cap screams kicking Raven while clutching in-between his chest"

"Stop" Darren. Interrupts

"Wha.... Bu..."

"Are you deaf?" Darren glares, "you left and brought me back a lot of money huh?, the new Crow isn't very good at doing this, hey you" he calls out towards Raven's protégé, "do you see this, this is how your senior Crow does things, you should take notes, watch and learn, except run away, if you run away i'll kill you" Darren concludes shooting the young man beneath his arm a smile

"alright!, you've graduated, now your free, you've moved and there's a new Crow, i'll keeping the money as the graduation fee" and with that Darren walks away while puffing on a cigarette

"Don't let me see you again" the bare faced teen growls spitting at him as he hurried to follow behind Darren

"You were going to give this to your mom right?....here" the girl says handing him his bag before leaving,

Raven sighs instantly relieved,

(I might be angry about the money but at least I'm free), freezing at this thought he grinds his teeth realising his blunder before Silver pointed it out, (in the end nothing has changed I might be a shifter now, but i'm still pathetic!)
