CHAPTER 81 : YOU ARE WEAK.

" Don't glare at us like that Krystallo , your eyes might pop out." Hawk sat down infront of him and smiled a smug smile which didn't really suit him.

Hawk was visibly trying to seem like a villain but his aura and maturity didn't let him hide the guilt he was trying to hide...the anxiety and worry...of maybe...doing something wrong...his hesitation was much too evident.

Krystallo looked at him with his golden eyes and then closed them both , opening them again, but this time the glare was a little softer , yet there was a new found frown ,

Hawk swiftly jumped back , barely saving himself from being penetrated completely by the myriad amount of crystals that suddenly grew out of the ground , about the length of a person.

Hawk's arm bled as it had experienced a graze from the sharp spike like crystals .

At the same moment , Krystallo tried to crystallize the vines holding them but Thorn just tightened them further.

" Krystallo , you are forgetting..." she said as she stepped in to help Hawk , " My powers bind every Yosei's powers...struggle as you may , attack as you might but , you won't be able to break free of those vines and let me remind you -" her eyes went golden as her hair swiftly waved up and down , " The more you use your powers , the faster I drain you of them-UGH!!!" But before Thorn could finalize her threat , Krystallo had already set yet another barrage of underground crystals , upon his two kidnappers.

This time , Thorn too was pierced in the legs and the arms as she was focused on holding Krystallo down but she had been dealt with alot of damage as the blood travelled down her limbs.

Krystallo , usinv all his might , stood up , with his mouth and arms still tied.

Vines behind him carrying his energy to the vine men.

He formulated an another barrage of crystals , this time floating around him . His eyes demanded a war.

Hawk understood.

Hawk too , stood up , as claws grew upon his hands and feet with majestic wings of a Hawk coming out of his back.

The two men glared at each other , but before he moved , Hawk whispered to Thorn,

" I won't force you to make a decision , the burden of which might be too heavy to bear for you. Don't worry , I will fight ..and I will win...so you don't have to do something you don't want to.." and smiled at her.

She looked at him with a sad look and lowered her head , as if she was disappointed in herself for some reason.

Hawk patted her lowered head and breath in deeply ,

" KRYSTALLO!!!!!!" with this declaration Hawk flew in , leaving behind an impact that made the trees behind him shake and sped in towards a bound Krystallo , who overflowing with golden energy multiplied the crystals around him and sent them flying at almost the same speed and force as the incoming Hawk.

Hawk , twisted his body , as he flew right through the barrage of the attacking crystals and as they grazed him with a few impacting him directly he finally made it to the end of them and was face to face with Krystallo , their golden eyes glared at each other for a split second before Krystallo made a full swing kick into Hawk's stomach with his leg crystallized and dug him deep into the ground.

The ground beneath Hawk cracked as did his bones.

He coughed up blood but within this same timeframe he held on to Krystallo's leg and as he was about to punch him with full force a crystal forced its way through Hawk's shoulders and stuck him to the ground.

As he cried , crystals went through his limbs as well and he was tied completely to the ground.

The last crystal , was flying right above Hawk's stuck body ,

Krystallo stared down at him with glaring eyes , his fury was too much , too much for the situation , it was as if ,

" You....*cough cough* are....taking Malak's revenge from me...*cough* aren't you...Krystallo..." Hawk said and Krystallo took a faintly small step back , as the moment he found Malak's body in a dreadful state , a corpse that was hardly breathing flashed before his eyes.

No one except Krystallo , had noticed , a leftover feather of a Hawk , where the body of Malak laid still....Krystallo knew ..that the one who attacked Malak was not the student they were blaming...but Hawk.

As the flashback ended with tears in Krystallo's eyes , the cold drops , as clear as crystals , fell on Hawk's cheek , asking him a simple question ,

" Why..."

Hawk looked at Krystallo's face above him , stunned and speechless , but then suddenly his lips curved into a smile and Hawk let out a heartfelt laugh which soon turned into a cackle...a villanous screech ,

" WHAT WOULD YOU UNDERSTAND!!! KRYSTALLO !! HAHAHAHAHAHA!! YOU ! AND MALAK!! HAD YOU EVER BEEN STUCK TO THE GROUND !?!??! HELPLESS AND WEAK!?!? DO YOU EVEN KNOW! WHAT IT MEANS TO BE BORN WEAK!? IN A WORLD THAT ONLY CATERS TO THE STRONG!!!? WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO HUH!?!??!?! YOU ASK ME WHY BECAUSE YOU NEVER HAD TO BEG FOR POWER! YOU NEVER HAD TO CRAVE FOR VICTORY! YOU NEVER HAD TO STRUGGLE FOR RECOGNITION!!!!

HOW CAN YOU JUDGE WHAT I DID!!!?

HOW CAN YOU JUDGE WHAT I AM DOING RIGHT NOW!?!

I ATTACKED MALAK!

I WANTED TO KILL HIM!

I WILL KILL HIM!

I WILL PIN HIM MISERABLY TO THE GROUND!

BEAT HIM UP!

AGAIN!

AND AGAIN!!

AND AGAIN!!!!!

I WILL DESTROY EVERY BONE IN HIS BODY!!!!

So Krystallo..." Hawk clenched his teeth and tears rolled down his cheeks like a river ,

" Don't let me live ...with the misery of knowing I was still weak...even after what I did....

KRYSTALLO ....

DON'T LET ME LIVE BECAUSE I AM WEAK!

KILL ME! SO FOR ONCE !! I CAN BELIEVE THAT I WAS STRONG!!"

As he said that , Krystallo closed his eyes with his frown getting harder , the crystal above Hawk shattered in air and Krystallo fell on his knees , his head resting on Hawk's chest , hiding his tears.

Krystallo didn't move , he only cried , his whole body shaking .

Hawk , who felt his shirt get drenched in Krystallo's tears , was once again stunned for a minute after which he clenched his fists and grit his teeth.

"...I begged you...ghhhh...and you still didn't kill me.....will I always be so weak....even if I sacrifice everything and everyone...I will still be a miserable failure.."

Tears rolled down Hawk's cheeks as he continued to grit his teeth when suddenly he felt splatter of blood on his face and hands ,

*BADUMP!!*

Hawk's heart was caught in his throat , as he saw Krystallo raise his head , blood flowing down his face , his neck , his arms , his hands and his mouth.

His body dangled a little before it fell completely down next to Hawk.

Hawk stared into Krystallo's half open , teary eyes that suddenly lost their golden glow.

" THORN!!!!" Hawk screamed as he looked towards Thorn who was now standing right next to him , her look completely different from before.

" If he is so angry about his friend being beaten....then I am not so happy about it either..." she said.

The glow around the vines began to die down ,

" That said.." she continued and put her foot over Hawk's torso , pressing it down making him cough up blood , and glared down towards him ,

" You are too weak , Hawk."
