Chapter 54: Challenge from Universe 6

The battle between Frieza and Goku went the way it was in the original timeline while Beerus and Whis enjoyed their ice cream as they watched the battle from the side.

Frieza changed into his golden form and his power rose from 120 trillion to straight 600 Sextillion which is way, just way stronger than Goku's SSJ Blue form but maintaining that form took a lot of toll on Frieza as he recently got this form and he is not used to it yet.

This resulted in Frieza losing his stamina way faster than he expected and falling to the ground.

Finally, a new course of action is seen here by Vegeta.

In the original, Sorbet shoots Goku when he reverts back to his base form but because Sorbet is no longer here, Frieza goes straight to destroy the planet as he talks with Goku, and this evil plan is well-known by Vegeta

"We can fight as much as you want Frieza, so go back and come back stronger but not as an enemy but as a fighter"

"SUCH HUMILIATION…

"Vegeta?"

Everyone is confused by the actions of Vegeta who appeared out of nowhere and killed Frieza with a humungous size Ki cannon blast right in the face of Frieza.

"Vegeta, there was no need to kill him

Maybe he would have turned into a good guy if you have given him the chance"

Goku is angry at Vegeta's action as he believes that he had managed to change the heart of Frieza.

Vegeta looks at Goku

"Kakarot, do you really think that Frieza can change?

When he already had so many chances to change?

Such kindness will surely get you someday and you will be down for good"

Vegeta didn't bother to explain why he killed Frieza as he knows that Goku and others won't understand it and also, can he even explain his actions?

Goku grunts at Vegeta but he didn't say anything, he leaves the place with everyone else.

Vegeta also gets ready to leave the place but he is called by Whis

"Just how did you know what Frieza was trying to do when even Son Goku failed to sense it?" Whis asks as he stares into the eyes of Vegeta

Beerus has also stopped eating ice cream as he also wants to know how Vegeta was able to know Frieza's motive.

Vegeta stares back at the two of them

"If you really think that I am below Kakarot even after seeing my fight against Beerus Sama… then I guess I overestimated both of you"

"!"

Beerus gave a glare, but Vegeta paid no attention to him as he also looked back at him.

Their reason why Vegeta is not so afraid of Beerus when he should be quivering in fear by his presence alone like in the original timeline is because of how strong Vegeta is right now.

Vegeta didn't get SSJ GOD form with someone's help, he got it through his own hard work.

Not only that, Vegeta also has many cards under his sleeve and many new ideas for the future that would help him surpass The Destroyer... So why should he be afraid?

Silence filled the place for a while as both the Prince and The God looked at each other for a while and then finally Vegeta spoke

"I shall take my leave"

*WHOOOSH*

Beerus keeps glaring at Vegeta who is leaving the place but Whis is all calm as he starts rethinking Vegeta's character.

"Overestimated us?

Really?

Next time I am going to beat the shit out of you!"

Beerus shouts at Vegeta who has long left the place and starts eating ice cream again, but Whis is in deep thought as he looks at his staff.

Time passes

Vegeta and Goku are back to their training under Whis and today they have a guest for the first time in this Beerus realm, who is it? It's his twin brother Champa.

Inside the dining room-

Goku is looking at Champa, the destroyer of Universe 6, and also looking at Vados, a female angel, who looks exactly the same as Whis, and asks Vegeta's thoughts on this.

"Oye Vegeta, doesn't that girl look exactly the same as Whis?

Huh, Vegeta?"

Vegeta didn't give him any reply, so Goku turns around to look at him and he is shocked to see something weird.

"OYE!!"

Goku is shocked to see Vegeta deeply staring at Vados and this stare is not the normal one where he gives others when he is assessing their power but rather it is a look of affection and this freaked him out

"oye Vegeta!!!

If Bulma knew what you are doing right now, she will kill you" Goku whispers to Vegeta, asking him to not stare

And in reply, Vegeta turns away his head and said "I am not looking at anyone!", while his eyes still locked on Vados

"OYE!!!!!!!!

Bulma will seriously kill you!"

Goku didn't bother to say anything else, he gave up.

The reason why Vegeta is intensely staring at Vados is because of his past memories are being refreshed when he laid his eyes on her.

He knew that angels are beautiful and when he was watching the show, as Kei Hisashi back on earth, he really liked Vados playful nature.

So, he liked her in a way but when Vegeta saw her in real flesh… he had his jaw drop on the floor because she is fucking hella beautiful as compared to how she is shown on the TV

The Vados in front of him right now is the same as the TV one, but because this world is not a paper one anymore, Vados has become way more beautiful than he had imagined her to be when he first saw Whis

She truly deserves to be called an 'Angel'

Even though Vegeta doesn't want to see her, he can't control himself as he finally found a girl he is feeling attracted.

Vados already had a playful nature which Vegeta liked but after seeing her in real life, he is dead.

Vados notices Vegeta's gaze and she smiled at him which made Vegeta cough a little bit and he finally looks away.

'YABE!!!!

She is fucking HOT!

Calm down… don't forget you have a wife and son, also a daughter!

This is immoral!

But wait, those two are not really my own family… they are Vegeta's family. So why should I care?

Idiot, what question is that!!

Did you forget the pure gaze of Trunks who looks at you with pride and respect?

Vegeta is having a debate with himself inside his mind to know what he should do regarding Vados. He asks and answers his own questions.

While he was busy thinking about his life, his love life, Goku has already asked Vados about Champa and herself

Now, Vados is calling Vegeta as she knows what Vegeta was thinking while he was looking at her.

"Vegeta San?

Vegeta Saaaaaan?"

"Huh?"

After so many times, Vegeta finally noticed Vados call and he looks at her.

"*cough cough*

It is nice to meet you…"

"?????????????????????????????????????????????????????"

Goku, Beerus, Whis, and Champa, all four of them are confused to see how Vegeta is acting as they can feel some kind of stiffness in his body language.

Whis is giggling and Goku is still confused at the whole scene and he is freaking out as he is worried that Vegeta wants to do something stupid whereas Beerus and Champa are confused by Vegeta's behavior. Being a deity, they hold no love or know any other sort of these love-like emotions.

Vados gently smiled back at Vegeta and rotated on her spot, showing her whole body to Vegeta, asking him "You like it Vegeta San?"

"Absolutely YES-

I mean NO!

I got no interest in womens!!!"

"HUH?"

Goku let his emotion out but he soon shuts his mouth with both of his hands

"hmm?

Then are you going to deny that you were looking, no- staring at me for a while until I noticed you?"

"YES!

I was not looking at you"

"Then what were you looking at in my direction? There was no one beside me, except the walls behind me.

Were you watching these walls?"

Vegeta took a deep breath and replied

"Yes, I was watching walls.

These walls are really walls…"

"HAHAHAAA"

Vados couldn't hold herself anymore and gave out a burst of laughter, and with her, Whis also started laughing at the whole situation.

Vados agrees with Vegeta that he was looking at walls, not her.

Champa started talking about the reason why he is here and then a challenge was issued after he taste how delicious the food of the earth is.

And before leaving the place, Vados said 'Bye' to Vegeta in a teasing manner and left the place with Champa.

After they leave and Whis started teasing Vegeta by asking him if he really likes walls or not.

Before leaving for the earth, Beerus tells Vegeta and Goku to find some strong allies. He told them to find 4 people as he will be bringing that one person who was his toughest opponent so far.

He also tells Goku that he is the 3rd and Vegeta is the 2nd strongest person he has faced so far.

And this clearly put Vegeta above Goku.

Vegeta and Goku are back on earth and the news of the battle between Universe 6 and 7 reaches everyone on earth and to Kaio realms

Goku didn't tell Bulma about what Vegeta was doing because Goku thinks of Vegeta as his friend and believes that he won't do anything stupid.

Both of them are now busy finding strong teammates.

Vegeta and Goku went and meet Krillin first, then they met others who would be suitable for the tournament but….

Not many agreed.

Gohan can't join because his exams are up near, so he has to stay on earth

Vegeta strongly wanted to bring him with them as Gohan has become a lot stronger than before but Gohan said sorry to him and Vegeta didn't pursue it any further.

Piccolo agreed though so, one person is on the team.

Then they went to Raditz and Nappa, and they also denied it by saying that they are not strong enough to face the foes of this universe let alone fight against the best fighter of another universe

And lastly, they went to Buu's residence.

Vegeta knows the future regarding Buu so he gave up and went to training rather than wasting time.

Both Goku and Vegeta trained inside the time chamber and it gets blown away because of how intense their training was.
