Training

That was quite surprising did they start playing football because of that pe lesson. 

Well that was easy now to train them to national and perhaps even international. 

Well we were picking captains and everyone except Luke wanted to be captain. I had an advantage over them. I would show them how cool I am and then I would be captain. 

"hey guys watch this," I say. 

THE SUN 

I kick the ball up and it turns into a massive heap of heat just like the sun. While in the air I kick it. 

I have a stronger hissastu but since this school is known for its astronomy , I thought they might like it and I was correct. 

They were shouts of cool and shouting that they would be okay with me being captain. Nice. 

So the first thing that we did was play a 10v1 everyone vs me. 

They thought I was being cocky but this was a show to say that they got a lot to learn. 

I absolutely destroyed them 0-43 

They were ready to quit but after a few inspirational words from me not to give up, they agreed. 

By inspirational, I meant I said I will teach you how to do my hissastu THE SUN

I said that we had training at 6am and told them to be there if they want to learn it. 

MARCUS POV

IT was torture. Captain made me go through 50 push up, 50 laps, 500 squats , 50 laps around the field and shooting training for 1 hours no rest 

LUKE POV

It was worse than torture captain made do 100 push ups 1000 squats, 1000 lunges , the plank for an hour and then running around the field for 1 hours with no rest

Torture was a joke to this training Captain made me shoot the ball in the goal 1,000 times, 100 push ups, 1000 squats, 100 laps around the field, and a leg raise for the rest of times

I don't even think I can compare it to torture, do laps around the field with pall 150 times, 100 push ups, 100 squats. I had to do that 5 times

I would have preferred he slit my throat than go through this training again

We had practise after school but only Luke showed up. Well lucky for him because we were going to do a match. I guess he got 1 to 1 tuition on how to defend more properly. 

Tomorrow, everyone had come back with guilty and sad looks. They apologised and I accepted. I said that they would have to do 20 laps. They completed it with ease they only had a little bit of sweat. 

I said that we would be changing our training regiment because it was only so that they could move with this training. 

Soon after Luke came back with 50 tires,weights and ropes. 

"The weights weigh 40 kg," I explain 

"you tie the rope on to the tire and unto your shirt and do these drills," I said pointing at the tires

"every ten minutes somebody will be doing goalkeeping training," I say now get to your drills 

Here is what I was what I wanted them to do 

They did normal drills just with tires and weights. Including me. We did this everyday for a week till I gave them a hissastu training menu. I wrote it after the second day of this training. 

A month has passed and we have received a friendly against Mikage Sennou. We only received the invitation because they worked with us in astronomy providing us data. They usually spy on their enemies but as a sign of respect they did not. 

We also got a coach but he doesn't do much he's only there for matches, I do all the bossing around and training. 

A few weeks later, 

" Guys it's time for the match and remember not to use any hissastu," I say and they agree. I'm more of a coach here. 

We go on the field, and we do the match formalities. They start. 

We are getting destroyed 3-0 by the end of the half and Alejandro is tired of holding back. In the second half we decide to change things up. 

"Marcus you're off Alejandro come on" I say. Marcus just shrugs and smiles.
