After Sakura beat Sasori so easily, it was Naruto's turn soon after.

He was also taking care of Deidara quite easily and by that point, everyone was there present as they finished their own fights.

Including team Guy of course.

But things took a turn when they saw the nine-tail cloak around Naruto and following after Deidara was about to explode himself.

They didn't have time to react since everyone was letting down their guard due to seeing Naruto easily handle Deidara.

'Shit, I won't make it in time' Kakashi had used his mangekyo Sharingan once again. he aimed at the heart area of Deidara which was starting to expand, but of course, his aim was off and he only took the left shoulder.

"Katsu!"

This was what they all heard before they were blinded by a white light.

*BOOOM*

A huge explosion sound reached their ears, but they soon reacted as they were all ninjas.

It seemed like nothing had happened to them even though they were so close to the explosion.

Guy shared a look with Kakashi before they both located Naruto.

Right now, Naruto's bijuu cloak had three tails instead of one.

And when he noticed their stares, he turned to give them a thumbs up.

They were about to ask when the dust settled finally and they saw what was going on.

A huge red energy barrier was surrounding the explosion in front of Naruto.

The barrier was extending very high in the sky, and when they followed with their eyes, they saw the top was open and they witnessed the flames spilling into the sky.

"Alright, that gave me a surprise, but this guy Deidara is done for,"

After the explosion was over, Naruto told them and released the barrier followed by the cloak.

Naruto could see how some of them had been nervous as if he was bout to lose control at any moment but he understood their concerns and didn't let it get to him.

He then walked toward Gaar's dead body and kneeled near him.

"I was too late, Gaara,"

Naruto for once showed a sad expression on his face. If only he had been faster…

Sakura by his side understood his pain, since he was similar to Gaara in many ways and both had gone through some rough times in their childhood.

It was at this moment, that Chiyo, the venerable puppeteer hailing from the Hidden Sand Village, found herself standing at the precipice of destiny, a moment fraught with dire consequences. Before her lay Gaara, the Kazekage of the Hidden Sand Village, his chance at getting his life back slipping away with each passing moment.

Chiyo's visage, etched with the lines of experience and wisdom, bore the weight of a lifetime's worth of battles and decisions. But in this critical juncture, her countenance revealed vulnerability and desperation.

"I'm not going to let Gaara die here!" She whispered as she inched closer to his body, and only Sakura heard her.

"What do you mean granny Chiyo?" She asked in concern since she felt something bad was about to happen.

To save Gaara from the clutches of death, Chiyo had chosen to employ a forbidden jutsu, a jutsu that demanded the ultimate price - her very life force.

Her strength had already been sapped by the relentless conflicts leading up to this moment, and her frailty was evident. Nevertheless, her resolve remained unwavering. She had embarked upon this path with a clear sense of purpose, and she was determined to see it through to the bitter end.

Chiyo only smiled but didn't reply. She started channeling her chakra to Gaara.

Everyone felt she was about to sacrifice herself to do something, but nonetheless, they didn't stand in front of her resolve.

After all, Gaara was their Kazekage, and they too would do anything for their Hokage.

The battlefield was shrouded in a palpable tension, the air thick with uncertainty.

"However, it seems like I don't have enough chakra…" Chiyo sighed at her old frail body.

Naruto Uzumaki, the spirited young shinobi with dreams as boundless as the Hidden Leaf Village itself, stepped forward at this moment.

He might have been trained differently this time by his teacher Hayato, but he understood the gravity of the situation and comprehended the steep price Chiyo was about to pay for her act of selflessness. His own chakra reserves brimmed with vitality, and he couldn't stand idly by while a life was sacrificed.

"No one needs to die today!" He whispered these words, but those present there shook their heads thinking he was still naïve.

"Take my chakra Granny Chiyo"

In his characteristic boldness, Naruto offered his chakra to the frail Chiyo as he put both hands on top of her back, a selfless gesture that spoke volumes about his character and his unwavering faith in the strength of bonds.

Chiyo, taken aback by Naruto's unexpected kindness, accepted his chakra with a heart full of gratitude and gave him an outward nod and smile.

Their chakra melded in a unique moment of unity, a bridge between generations and between the Hidden Sand and Hidden Leaf Villages. As their energies intertwined, a flicker of hope pierced the pervasive darkness that had engulfed them all. Naruto's presence, akin to a beacon of light, provided solace to those weighed down by the sins of their forebears.

Tears welled up in Chiyo's eyes as she turned her attention back to Gaara, her feeble hands weaving the intricate signs of the revival jutsu.

"I'm sorry…"

Her whispered apologies carried the weight of history, an acknowledgment of the pain and conflict that had plagued generations and had led to the creation of the tailed beasts, including Gaara's suffering.

"It seems like with all the things I did in the past, I would finally be able to do something right…"

Soon, the sand ninja reinforcement had reached where they were, and seeing the present situation kept noise to a minimum.

Chiyo's life force was being willingly offered to breathe life back into the Kazekage, an act of selflessness that transcended village boundaries. It was a testament to the indomitable spirit of humanity, a plea for redemption, and a desire for a brighter future.

"For a better future," Chiyo's eyes blurred.

The onlookers held their collective breath, their hearts pounding with anticipation. And then, as suddenly as it had begun, the overwhelming chakra subsided. Chiyo's once-steady form wavered, and she collapsed, utterly depleted and on the brink of death.

Sakura Haruno, the skilled medical ninja and a vital member of Team 7 wasted no time in assessing Chiyo's condition.

"What is going on?" Sakura's questioning words brought alarm among the Ninja.

Kakahi inched closer and asked.

"What's wrong Sakura?"

She looked at everyone present and finally at Naruto.

Then she nodded.

"Naruto did something amazing again. it seemed like Lady Chiyo didn't need to die for her jutsu! And she would soon recover, she had just fallen down from exhaustion"

Her reassuring words brought a sigh of relief to those present - Chiyo would recover with time and rest. She had given her all for the sake of another, and now, it was time for her to heal.

But everyone looked at Naruto at this moment who had his attention on Gaara.

Some looked at him with thanks on their faces, but the Konoha ninjas wanted to question the method, albeit they were also relieved by the current turn of events.

Amidst the collective sighs of relief, Gaara's journey between life and death underwent a profound transformation. His consciousness, suspended in the liminal space between existence and oblivion, was yanked back into reality. Blinking in confusion, Gaara found himself surrounded by dozens of Sand ninjas and Konoha ninjas, their expressions ranging from astonishment to sheer jubilation.

In this sea of faces, three figures stood out – Temari, Naruto, and Kankurou, Gaara's siblings who were his unwavering allies, and his true friend. Tears of joy welled up in their eyes as they rushed to his side. Temari's voice quivered with emotion as she exclaimed, "Gaara, you're back with us! We were so worried!"

Kankurou, who was usually stoic, couldn't hide the tremor in his voice as he added, "You had us scared there for a moment, brother."

Meanwhile, Naruto just smiled and let him process everything.

Gaara, still dazed from the profound experience he had undergone, struggled to process the depth of emotion welling up within him. He had always been a solitary and misunderstood figure, burdened by the malevolent demon sealed within him and the relentless expectations of his position. Yet here he was, encircled by allies who had fought tirelessly to bring him back from the precipice of death, who had shown him that he was not alone in his struggles.

Make no mistakes, he vaguely understood that he had died and was brought back to life somehow.

As the Sand ninja and Konoha ninja celebrated this miraculous turn of events, Gaara closed his eyes for a moment, reflecting on the path that had led him to this pivotal moment.

He recognized that Chiyo's sacrifice and Naruto's boundless kindness were emblematic of the transformative changes sweeping through the ninja world. The sins of the past were being confronted, and a new generation was rising to shape a brighter and more hopeful future.

"Everyone… thank you,"

With renewed determination and profound gratitude, Gaara whispered words of thanks to those who had saved him, both young and old. He understood that the road ahead would not be without its challenges, but he was no longer alone on this perilous journey. The bonds forged in the crucible of battle and the lessons gleaned from the sacrifices of others would serve as guiding lights as he faced the uncertain future that awaited him and his village.

the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows over the battlefield, the ninja of the Hidden Sand and Hidden Leaf Villages stood united, ready to confront whatever challenges lay ahead, hand in hand and heart to heart.

Elsewhere…

Two people in black cloaks with red clouds were stopped.

One of them bent up and picked up a dismembered arm.

 "This is… Deidara-senpai's arm?"

They were not yet aware that he was dead.
