A message from a senpai?

As we were returning to the guild, I noticed Kazuma with aqua and Megumin coming back from a quest while covered in slime. When Yunyun noticed Megumin, she hid in an alleyway I frowned and followed her. "Why are we hiding?" I ask.

"Over there is the crimson demon village bully and explosion addict, Megumin. I don't want to deal with her. Please let her pass by without letting her notice me." She looked terrified.

This is clearly not canon. This world is getting further and further from canon the longer i stay here.

First, competent yandere wiz.

Second, Megumin is a bully? and not a misunderstood friend to Yunyun? It would make more sense, but. It's definitely not the same as the story portrayed.

I guess I can't expect anything I've seen to be exactly 1:1 to the anime. Just goes to show this is a real world and not a story.

I listen as Megumin passes by while accusing Kazuma of being a lolicon and taking advantage of her using frog slime.

Which makes no sense.

They pass us by without noticing. I also notice one thing.

Megumin seems to have full mana, as she is standing and has Kazuma in a standing arm-bar.

It seems as if Megumin is actually competent here either through having better control of her mana or having a bigger mana pool or using better non-explosion spells.

What the hell is next? is aqua not useless either?

I left Yunyun in front of her room, and Immediately went to mine. I collapsed in my bed and immediately fell asleep.

I look at the paperwork stacking towards the roof, and Immediately use a spell to fill them out.

They all file themselves in their proper places leaving the ones that I need to do manually and frown.

The stack is much higher this time. at least to my chest while standing up.

I sit down and prepare to get to work.

only for there to be a blond woman in strange red robes standing in front of my desk, reaching for my forehead. Before I can pull my dagger from my holster, hidden in my shirt, her index finger reaches my forehead and I know no more.

Something is wrong, there is no noise outside, the crickets have stopped chirping.

I jolt upwards, and see Luna standing at my bedside with a bottle of iridescent liquid in her hands.

"The message begins," Luna says, and then a voice that I don't recognize comes out of her mouth.

"Hey Junior. My name doesn't matter, but I noticed you have a parasite that is keeping your planes walker spark hostage. Drink this and it'll shred that thing you call a system and replace it with your real powers. Have you ever noticed that your essence of ideal growth isn't working at full capacity? Well, that thing was siphoning off your excess power too. Did you notice you couldn't make your own resistances? HA! Being X sure knows how to siphon off power that doesn't belong to him.

Don't worry. I've just killed his ass FINALLY! after over 5000 years of hard cultivation I've- oh never mind. Your garbage system will become just a normal display and stop interfering with your growth. Not like it can sent its payload to Being X anymore.
