Pulling evil up by the roots is the right thing to do IMO. Doesn't matter how many there are, you fucking kill baby killers and make sure they don't kill any more babies. Also, the lives lost and ruined by the corpos over the course of 80 years is far more than the static 40% of the current population.
The 1000 hour amulet that he purchases becomes the most powerful item in their arsenal for 40 chapters and onwards. it becomes rather obvious what it does very quickly.
yeah, Majima is a joker of the highest order. He's got an omniversal version of himself giving him ideas for trolling sooo.
First arc is spook as fuck, but its really worth it to push through Kuku's pain to reach the story. If you like horror stories and want one that has a relatively happy ending for the survivors of basically the sun deciding it wanted to eat everyone conceptually because the afterlife is evil, read arc 1. If you like reading Kuku as a character and want to see her start becoming more emotionally human again after the horrors she's seen and be amused by a very cute reality-breaking wish-granting Kohai not understanding common sense, then read arc 2. If you think both of these sound cool, then you're probably addicted to stories like me! welcome to the family!
