(A Month Later) *Kaito's POV *

It's been a month since Konoha rookie 9 has graduated. Nothing much has happened since then. Just conqured a nation, nothing much.

Just then, an Anbu appeared.

"Sentsuki Kaito, the Hokage summons you!." he said.

Then, I headed towards the Hokage Office.

(Hokage Office)

"Hokage-sama" I greeted.

"The client of team 7's mission has given false information. Their mission has been reevaluated to be at least B rank. You are to head to the Land of Waves as back up." The Hokage said and handed me a scroll. "this is Kakashi's report."

"Hai Hokage-sama." I took the scroll and left. This is gonna be fun.

(Land of Wave) *General POV *

In a misty forest, there was a fight going on. Team 7 of Konohagakure is currently having a battle Momochi Zabuza, a missing nin of Kirigakure to protect their client.

Currently, Kakashi is trapped inside a prison of water by Zabuza whlie Naruto and Sasuke is fighting Zabuza's water clone. The client is being protected by Sakura.

Naruto to reach into his backpack and pull out a fuma shuriken, which he gave to Sasuke. Sasuke, sensing Naruto's plan, hurled the fuma shuriken at the, who easily dogded it but the shuriken was really aimed at the real Zabuza who was holding Kakashi in a water prison.

Zabuza easily caught it but to his surprise, a second shuriken was hiding in the first one's shadow but was still easily dogded by the clone. Once the shuriken passed him, it turned into Naruto, who transform.

Naruto threw a kunai at Zabuza, who is unable to dodge it while maintaining the Water Prison Technique, was forced to release Kakashi from his prison in order to avoid the attack.

Zabuza was angry that Naruto caught him off guard and swing the fuma shuriken he previously caught at him. But suddenly, a card appeared between them and transformed into a snake. The snake warped around Zabuza, protecting naruto and immobilized him at the same time.

'That card' Zabuza and Kakashi though.

"The Card Shinobi of Konoha" Zabuza said. He continued "Sentsuki Kaito"

"Am I that famous." A voice came out from an unknown direction causing everyone but Kakashi to look around.

Suddenly, a white haired figure wearing a black and white Kimono appeared behind Naruto. He grabbed him and flicker towards where Sasuke, Sakura and the client is.

But before that, he said "I'll leave it to you, Kakashi-senpai." After a whlie, Zabuza broke free from the snake's grip.

With Kakashi and Zabuza free, they were forced to battle, and the two used multiple Water Release techniques against each other. With his Sharingan, Kakashi was able to copy Zabuza's jutsu and defeat with Zabuza's own attack.

Just as Kakashi was about to kill Zabuza , a masked ninja appeared to kill Zabuza by impaling Zabuza's neck with several senbon. He claim to be a hunter-nin sent to kill Zabuza, he disappeared with Zabuza's body.

* Kaito's POV *

" How are you doing, senpai?" I went over to Kakashi after the battle.

"They sent you, huh? Well, the mission hasn't ended yet. Let's keep going." he said and started to walk. Just then, he fainted.

"What happened?" Sakura said after seeing Kakashi faint.

"Kakashi sensei!" Naruto yelled.

"He's just unconscious, he used up too much chakara!" I explained and when to carry Kakashi.

"And who are you?" Sakura and Naruto asked.

"He's Sentsuki Kaito a jonin." Sasuke told them.

"That's right and I'm here as back up." I added.

"A jonin? But you look so young." Naruto asked not believing it.

"Does it really matter?" I replied him.

"Sasuke do you know him?" Sakura asked Sasuke.

"He was a friend of someone I knew." Sasuke replied with a deep tone.

"Enough chit-chat, let's get going. Tazuna-san, please lead the way." I stopped them from asking anymore questions.

Tazuna noded and we headed to his home.

(Tazuna's house)

After a few hours, Kakashi finally gained consciousness.

Me : "Do you think there's something odd about that hunter-nun?"

Kakashi : "Yes, hunter-nin usually destroy the body on the spot. On the other hand, the one we've met took Zabuza's body elsewhere. I believe they are working together and Zabuza is still alive."

Me : "Then you'd better recover faster or start training your team now."

Kakashi : "Why can't you stop them?"

Me : "Missions are for them to gain experience and they need training too. I'm just here if anything goes too out of hand bot help you complete your mission. "

Kakashi : "Fine. I'll train them."

Kakashi took Team 7 to the nearby woods for chakra training, and told them that the training would require them to learn to climb trees without using their hands. Naruto made the observation that this is impossible, but Kakashi, in crutches, managed to climb the tree with ease, and explained that the key to doing so was focusing chakra to the soles of the feet. The three genin all made an attempt.

Naruto didn't use enough chakra. He took only one step before falling back to the ground. Sasuke was able to make it a good distance up the trunk but he damaged it as he used too much chakra. Sakura had perfect control over her chakra. She made it to a high branch on her first try. Thus, finishing her training.

And so, The boys continued training whlie Sakura was left incharge of guarding Tazuna. Everything else continued like the anime.

(Next Morning)

Except for Naruto who was resting, they escort Tazuna to work at the bridge. I said they because I'm guarding the village incase anything happens.

Suddenly, two of thugs arrived to kidnap Inari's mother. Inari, Tazuna's grandson attempted to save his mother by himself. Just as he was about to be cut down by the thugs, Naruto appeared and defeated the two single-handedly. Naruto congratulated Inari for standing up for himself and we left to join the rest on the bridge.

"Not bad Naruto." I praised him on the way. Naruto smiled proudly.
