(At The Bridge)

As we arrive there,the whole area is covered by mist but I can see Sasuke in a cage of ice fighting with the hunter-nin we encounter last time while Sakura was protecting Tazuna from other shinobi, possibly Zabuza's followers. I couldn't see Kakashi or Zabuza due to the thick mist.

'This is a little different form the anime. Did my presence caused Zabuza to bring more people?' I thought.

The hunter-nin proceeded to attack Sasuke with wave after wave of senbon barrages, which were made effectively undodgeable as a result of his technique.

Seeing this, Naruto made a sneak attack on him and succeed . Just as Zabuza threw kunais at Naruto, the hunter-nin blocked it with his senbon needles and asked to be the one to fight him. Zabuza accept it.

For some reason, Naruto entered the cage of ice to see how Sasuke was doing, and he too became a prisoner of Haku's technique.

'Stupid!' I said in my mind. Knowing that they could manage, I went ahead to assist Sakura.

[Many Hidden Shadow Snake Hands] more than 20 snakes came out of my hands and bit the shinobi attacking Sakura and Tazuna. One by one, they all fell down. Some died while some was just fainted, probably because they have higher tolerance towards poison.

'That was easy' suddenly I felt a huge surge of chakara that feels sinister..... Kyuubi! I went towards it and arrived at the ice prison and saw that the inside was covered with dense visible orange chakara. Inside the dense chakara, you can see Naruto's wounds started to heal and he acquired claws, fangs, and slitted pupils.

Naruto then began to attack the hunter-nin, who tried to counter him with a barrage of needles. Facing this attack, Naruto roared and all the needles were deflected.

Then, the hunter-nin attempted to attack him physically but Naruto was able to dodge it and grab him in an instant. Releasing a large amount of chakra, Naruto gave him a deafening punch and send him flying through a nearby mirror, destroying all the other mirrors as well.

Naruto then rushed towards him to deliver the finishing blow. Once the hunter-nin stopped and rose up, his mask started to crack then fall apart. What appeared under it is a feminine looking face.

Mere inches from his face, Naruto stopped his attack and returned to normal. Naruto then punched the hunter-nin in the face with a weak punch. Just as Naruto grabbed a kunai and prepared to kill him, the hunter-nin stopped the attack and disappeared.

As the most started to fade, 3 other figure appeared. Kakashi's hand is covered with lightning and went through the hunter-nin's belly while Zabuza was behind him. He seems to have protected Zabuza form the strike.

Using this opportunity, Zabuza attacked Kakashi with his sword but Kakashi jumped out of the way, with the body still with him. Kakashi the removed the body and layed it down.

Zabuza attempted to strike Kakashi but instead got his arms crippled. He was now defenceless. At that moment, a group of people arrived..... Gato and his men.

Gato :"you're beaten up Zabuza. I'm disappointed."

Zabuza : "Gato, why are you here? And what's with those subordinates?"

Gato : "we had a little change of plans. -this was what i had in mind all along. You must have guessed, never intended to pay you. You're going to die, "demon"... here and now."

Gato : "It's such a bother hiring a skilled shinobi from one of the top villages. It's expensive and they tend to have friends who object when I betray and kill them.

It's so much simpler to hire renegades like yourself. No one cares what happens to you once the job is done.

You ninja are so eager to fight each other. Once you've worn each other down, normal thugs can finish you off easily. It's efficient and inexpensive. "

Zabuza :" I'm sorry Kakashi, we'll have to stop our fight here. "

Kakashi : *nods*

Gato when towards the hunter-nin's body and started kicking it as revenge for breaking his arm. Seeing this, Naruto got enraged and tried to charge ahead but was stopped by Kakashi.

Naruto : " Do something! He worked for you!"

Zabuza : "Like what? Haku is dead."

Naruto :"He was your comrade... Your partner... He worked for you for years!!!"

Zabuza : "I don't value haku for himself but for what his talents could do for me."

(Play sad muzic)

Naruto : " HE REALLY CARES ABOUT YOU! HE WAS DEVOTED TO YOU! BUT YOU THINK IT WAS NOTHING! YOU THINK HE WAS NOTHING! DON'T YOU FEEL ANYTHING?!" naruto kept saying things to convince Zabuza. (A/N : can't remember all.)

Zabuza looked down, and had a moment of reflection.

" Enough kid. "he's said as tears started flowing" Kid. What Haku did was not just for me. He was too kind.

He bites off the badge covering his mouth and said. " You're right kid. We aren't tool but human. We have feelings to. And I've lost everything. Would you lend me your kunai?"

Naruto lightly toss a kunai at him as he catches it with his mouth. He then charged towards Gato. Even though there were a group of thugs protecting Gato and stabbing him, he didn't stop. He kept rushing towards Gato and finally reached him. He stabbed Gato multiple times before finally giving out and collapsed.

After Gato died, the tugs want to steal from the village at their source of income is now gone. But before they could, a group of villages lead by Tazuna's grandson, Inari came. Seeing this, Naruto and Kakashi made multiple clones to defend the village along with the villagers causing the thugs to retreat.

"I want to see him one last time." Zabuza asked. Kakashi complied, and laid Zabuza's broken body next to Haku's. As snow began to fall, Zabuza said with his last breath "Are you crying, Haku? Just as you have always been by my side.... I'm now by your side. If I could, I would go to the same afterlife with you."

[Time Magic : Static Dome] I casted and the whole area turned green.

"I can't grant you that wish..... But I can grant you a second change [Time Magic : Restore]" I said as I put my hand on both of their body. Then, I opened a portal to placed them inside my subspace and created a clone of them. I place the clone back to their exact position.

After that that, everything turned back to normal and we buried 'their body' along side each other.

(Two Weeks Later)

The bridge was completed, and we make our way back to Konoha after we bade farewell.
