Chapter 49: Alpha Shane

After I laid my mother’s body back on the floor, I checked my father’s pulse as tears poured down my cheeks. Not bothering to change my blood-soaked clothes, I headed out to my car. There was only one person I needed to see. Nothing else mattered.
I cranked the engine, gunned it, and pulled onto the main road.
Rage filled my body as I headed toward the Shadowcrest Warriors Pack. I needed to speak with my Alpha, Alpha Shane. I didn’t care what he was doing. He was going to get off any starlet he was humping and see me.
What Logan did was war, and I was determined to make sure that justice was served. This night, we would be at war with the Skyclaw Warriors, if I had anything to say about it. And if Lycia still wanted to stand with the b*stard who killed our parents, then so be it.
I pulled up to the gate, and Serial was standing guard. He took one look at me, saw the blood, and stepped back. “What’s going on, Seven?”
“I need to speak with Alpha Stone... now.”
