Everyone Has a Sad Back Story

"Ren Shinjiro?" Silvia removed the black polyester mask that was currently resting over his face. Silvia stared down at the limp carcass of the boy. He seemed to be holding tightly in his hand a small silver chain necklace. Attached to it was a small pendant locket with a small girl who looked similar to that Shinjiro. On the other side was a Shinjiro family picture. In it, Ren looked much younger, perhaps eleven or ten years old. The photo was taken behind a small lavender field. The weather seemed windy. In the back left-hand corner was an old building. But that was about it. The photo was too small to pick up any other details.

"No, don't, don't, please Mia, don't go into the building it's dangerous Mia." From all the way where Shinjiro was sat his desperate cried could be heard. He seemed entangled in his fantasy. He was sweating rapidly and a tear cascaded down his face. He seemed to be gripping on to the small red couch with all his might.

A nightmare? An Illusion?
