"Ah! Nani!!!"
The one who bears the brunt of this is, of course, Zoro, standing right in front of Finn. His eyes are as wide as saucers in disbelief.
His three blades, which had been aimed at Finn, were caught effortlessly between Finn's fingers.
"Impossible! This has to be an illusion!" Zoro exclaims, slapping his hand at the blades with all his might.
Um???
The blades don't budge.
He strikes again, harder this time.
Still, they remain motionless.
Zoro then looks up at Finn, narrowing his eyes in confusion.
"Wait a second," Zoro mutters under his breath, trying to make sense of the situation.
Yes, it's Luo Gang, but how could Finn possess such strength?
Zoro stands frozen, in awe.
"Zoro, you should step aside and rest for now," Finn says calmly. He then pushes gently, transmitting his overwhelming strength from Zoro's sword into his body, causing him to stagger back several steps.
Finn turns to look at Kuina, who stands behind him.
Their eyes meet.
In an instant, Kuina's face turns red, a faint blush coloring her delicate cheeks.
"Finn..." she says softly, a little lost for words.
"I have so much to tell you~" Finn smiles at her, his expression warm and inviting.
Kuina, flustered, lowers her head, fidgeting with her hands.
Finn grins. "Your battle with Zoro isn't over yet, but you look a little distracted. What's going on?"
"Yeah... Finn, as a girl, I feel like my strength is falling further behind Zoro's." Kuina nods, her eyes misting over with emotion. "If you hadn't stopped me earlier, I would've... I would've been defeated by Zoro."
Seeing her so downcast, Finn shakes his head firmly. "No, Kuina, you're not going to lose to Zoro. Not now, not ever."
Kuina looks up, surprised by Finn's words. "Why? How can you be so sure?"
"Because I'm back," Finn says, his voice confident.
A smile tugs at the corner of Finn's mouth as he takes her hand.
Kuina trembles slightly, her face flushed, unsure how to react to this sudden closeness.
"But... why does it matter that you're back?" Kuina asks, her heart racing.
Finn smiles. "Because I can teach you how to wield a sword. With that knowledge, you'll improve in no time."
As Finn speaks, his heart stirs with intent. He draws upon the power of the Hundred Times Evangelism Card.
"Activate the 100x Evangelism Card!" Finn announces.
"Designated Skill—Yanhui Swordsmanship!"
The card flashes brightly, and Finn's transformation is complete.
"This... This is the last one," Finn thinks, silently acknowledging that after using it, the Hundred Times Evangelism Cards will be gone for good.
Kuina, still puzzled, looks up at him. "You... taught me swordsmanship?" Her voice carries a hint of disbelief.
"You've spent so much time learning from my father, but it was only the basics. Now, I'll teach you something far greater."
Kuina has seen Finn catch Zoro's blades with ease, but the thought of him teaching swordsmanship still feels strange.
"That's right, Kuina. I'm a swordsmanship master now!" Finn grins proudly. He moves behind her, taking her other hand gently, guiding her through the swordplay.
Zoro, recovering from his shock, looks at Finn and scoffs. "Hey, Finn! Even though you learned a few martial arts moves at Naval Headquarters, you're still nowhere near as skilled with a sword as Kuina is. How can you teach her?"
"Step aside, Zoro. Just watch—I'll show you later." Finn gives him a quick glare.
A new apprentice, having been at the dojo for less than a year, asks curiously, "Who is that guy? Why does he get to hold Senior Sister Kuina's hand?"
"That's Finn, from Windmill Village. His family is supposed to have some high-ranking officials in the Navy. Keep it down!"
"He used to come here all the time, but when it came to swordsmanship, he was a complete beginner."
"Let's see if he can teach her anything worth learning!"
The surrounding dojo members murmur, and Kuina feels embarrassed by the attention.
"My swordsmanship is supposed to be the best among us," she thinks. "Why would someone who's so clueless about swords teach me?"
But, despite these doubts, something about Finn's presence and words resonates with her.
Finn continues to guide her in the movements, and suddenly, Kuina feels something shift. The style of the swordplay is subtle and graceful—perfect for someone like her.
"Wait..." she thinks, feeling the sword technique align with her body. "This isn't just any style... this... this feels different!"
Her eyes widen with realization. This swordplay isn't just about power—it's about elegance and precision, qualities that suit her much better.
"Finn..." she says softly, looking at him with new understanding. "Your style... it's perfect for me, isn't it?"
Finn nods, a smile playing on his lips. "Yes, I searched long and hard for a technique that would suit you. After arriving at Naval Headquarters, I used my grandfather's connections to find the perfect style. This is something I can't wait to share with you."
Kuina feels a surge of joy, a warmth spreading through her chest. With this new style, she can feel her strength growing.
As the hours pass, the disciples of the dojo grow restless.
One hour... Two hours... Three hours...
Finally, one of them can't hold back. "Finn! Are you still at it?"
Finn glances at him. "What's the rush? Kuina's practicing hard, and it takes time to master a technique like this. We're going to practice all day!"
The disciple groans, "You should've said that earlier!"
More grumbling follows as everyone disperses, clearly annoyed but reluctantly amused by the spectacle of Finn and Kuina practicing together.
