"50 Shades." His words devolved into a whisper, his open palm that faced Hamza had the light around it flicker for a fraction of a second… And then a beam that defied nature was born. Light and dark blended together, the two oppositions, melded together. The never ending cycle of destroying and creating one enough destroyed, the only thing left being a feedback loop of empowering each other. Neither an infinite abyss or a heavenly light, but somehow, both bright and desolate.
Muffled sizzling sounds came from Hamza's arm as the beam pierced through his arm burning straight through it. Hamza looked on with shock, the pain not even registering as it was too early for what had happened to be apparent to him… as well since the beam went straight through him then dispersed, it destroyed all the nerves during its time passing through. This was the difference between an aura and an actual attack.
The one masked with the number one body flickered and appeared near Hamza who had slumped over and fell to the ground. A hand was placed on Hamza's head, sending an energy through his body which quickly healed his wounds. Some of the audience had only just turned to face that arena, as previously most eyes were directed to an arena with an individual who's actions truly couldn't be understood… Mitzi. The other one on that arena was the person who partially turned into a dragon, Maribelle. Their attention on Vin's now completed fight was quickly taken back by the two as a wall of flames clashed against a barrier that suddenly appeared to stop it from colliding with another arena.
Vin had turned to the masked person and asked if there were any private rooms he could stay im till the next match. Luckily for him, four of the rooms even has an isolation formation. As they are named, an isolation formation isolated an area to prevent leakage of information or energy.
He chose one and locked the door behind him, looking at the empty room. Each set of fights happened in increments of thirty minutes, meanwhile, he took a measly eight minutes. He thought to himself in the form of a whisper, 'Open menu.'

An expression of happiness appeared on his face looking at the amount of skill he current held. Especially the Tier 5 skill that he knew no one here could beat… probably. The Tier 5 Skill revealed itself to be the question marks in the skill section from before. He chose not to question the gift he received and happily accepted it.
After gazing at the menu he sat down in a lotus position and formed a circle with his hands resting on his thighs. All the circulating energy in his body either began to rise or began to sink as his breathing slowed. The energy that rose was absorbed into his heart, leaving him without energy temporarily. The energy that sank was less than pure, so it was left behind and expelled from his body a second later.
The energy is his heart was the much purer energy, still impure though as this had to be ran many times after each tier breakthrough. This purer energy then circulated around his body and was eventually absorbed so he'd produce this purer energy which allowed him to use less energy for more attacks.
This was usually more complicated for anyone at or below tier 7, as their bodily impurities would prevent the energy from being completely absorbed. Having the energy in a state like that could have disastrous consequences to the user. Such as bringing their realm back to 0 and making it up to 4 times harder to get back to that stage. Vin along side anyone with increased energy control could do it at any tier if they knew how by just thinning out the energy, causing it to go in between the impurities.
This entire process didn't even last two minutes, as it is typically very short for small benefits. Once his eyes opened, he saw a few shards of muddled blue on the ground. Those were solidified energy impurities that he promptly pocketed. A few uses for these ran through the back of his mind as he moved his focus to his new False Nether God related abilities.
"False Nether God State." Vin lightly whispered out, causing a red dot to appear above his head. Followed by two more dots for a total of three, all the while his once blue aura that began to flare up was slightly stained with red. With some resolve and determination he used another skill, "Nether Sub-Realm creation."
An underwhelming small popping noise then came from in front of Vin. A fracture in space appeared which where the noise came from. The other side had an eerie land in a sense that it didn't belong to this world, which was true in a sense. The word fuck was mouthed by Vin as he forgot a rift would be created being too excited for his new skill. He hastily destroyed the rift which my extension shattered the sub-realm. First, however, he moved an abundance of the foreign energy to the room he was in.
The energy he stole was quite obviously Nether Energy that was immediately assimilated by Vin's body. Starting the creation of his Nether Theory foundation, which he went to continue by learning how to convert his energy to nether energy.
Converting energy being something you could just do but at the same time you had to have an idea of what you were doing, similar to walking.
This attempt at learning how to convert energy turned into 76 small explosions of energy. In only a mere 15 minutes. Though after the 76th time, he finally succeeded. A small sliver of nether energy was created. That nether energy was then turned into a line that connected the three dots, making this incomplete crown feel just a bit closer to it's true glory.
With that done it would easier to test Nether Elements, which he used after muttered to himself, "Please don't start a fire…"
And despite his pleads a crackling fire that hissed it's excitement appeared above his hand. A dark shade of red that barely glowed emitted an immense heat that made Vin feel as though he was in a sauna for hours on end.
This fire ignored many rules, such as it being hot despite its coloration. The flame was under absolute control from Vin, there was even a unique connection between the two that made him feel as though he could transmute it. Only if he first gained mastery of fire though could he do so.
So he experimented with the fire, creating weapons of various types in the air.
A he wiped his forehead of sweat he heard thread taps sound from the door.
A metallic voice then sounded from the other side of the door, "The next fights start in three minutes!"
Vin ignored this as he had nothing to worry about, it's the second set of students turn.
…
Thirty minutes later it was Vin's turn to fight again, disabling his skills hastily he went outside his room and to an arena with his name and another's name. Stepping on stage he saw a girl with another form of energy he was unfamiliar with. She had a tied of black ponytail and a tall, slender body with exaggerated curves. The runic magic user, Amelia!
