John wanted to ask VAS about some things but put it off until later. "Let's add the sensory eyes first." Two semicircular eyes formed at the front end of the 3D model, and a virtual screen appeared in front of John. What he saw made him wonder.

"VAS, we are in a living thing, right?" John asks, as he sees only different colored particles everywhere.

The map was enlarged, and the white dot shone brightly in the blue light. "As you can see, we are inside the creature; it seems that the living beings of this world have no things like cells and are made only of mana."

John was silent for a while with a frown on his nonexistent face before giving orders to VAS. "VAS, with the knowledge we have gained to transform the limbs of our body into a more efficient travelable construction and then go directly to the brain, we'll obtain all the secrets of this world and also save our mana source."

"Understood." Replied VAS as he set to work. The pair of limbs they had used for crawling became a pair of nozzles and served as thrusters. The pair of limbs that had previously been used for climbing became spiky hands with three sharp fingers. The pair on their backs became long and flat and were used for steering while they moved.

As they approached the brain, VAS detected another energy that resembled John's soul. "Discovered energy resembling a soul. In the area of the brain"

"It is not yet dead, so the soul remains. If it tries to fight us, we will just finish it off; if not, we will just absorb the mana from the heart." John retorted cautiously.
