Chapter 7

"I believe there are still many areas which I can improve," Sasuke said back as he thinks of more ways he can cook the ramen. More ways to improve himself.

"Sasuke-kun do you want to try some of my ramen," Naruto asked in excitement for his buddy to try his first experiment.

"Sure, why no-," Sasuke stopped his sentence as he looked back at the 'ramen'. 'What the hell is that? Did he cooked the ramen from the river of styx?'

It looked really scary for some reason. It was as though Naruto was presenting him some poison. Even the sensei took a step back sensing the danger of the food.

"Can I try your ramen Sasuke-sama?" A female sitting on one of the chairs at the front asked confidently.

"Ino!" Naruto called out with surprise.

The girl had flowing blond hair that tied by a rubber band at the top. With light blue eyes that almost look as though they have are in a tint of green.

"Do you want to try my ramen?" Naruto happily shows Ino his greatest creation with pride.

"No thank you," Ino replied back in a direct manner. In that sudden Naruto felt as though an invisible arrow has pierced his heart. Causing him to return to the corner of the room to draw circles.

As she was just about to try the ramen that Sasuke made another pair of chopsticks blocked her.

"Back off forehead," Ino said to Sakura who stopped her from enjoying this delightful treat made by her crush.

"YOU back off you hag," Sakura argued. There were electricity flying between the eyes.

With their argument they started to fight over the bowl of ramen with their chopsticks. Quickly it became a scene of two girls battling with chopsticks trying to see who gets to noodles first.

Sasuke shakes his head as he watches the fighting duo. He decide it is best not to interrupt their fight or else he might get burned by their fierce flame.

'If only they would study with so much fierceness,' Sasuke thought to himself as he watches.

"Hey Sasuke-sama are you really not going to stop your two girlfriends over there," Ayame whispered to him.

Soon their pair of chopsticks broke amidst their fight. "Look what you've done billboard brow,"Ino scoffed. Crisscrossing her arms looking condescendingly at Sakura.

At this moment a hand was placed over both these two girl's shoulders. It was very fast and they hadn't notice anyone standing between them before.

"Alright you two stop arguing," Sasuke said to them both with a calming smile that made the two young girls flush with shyness.

"I would had stop if it wasn't for Ino-pig," Sakura pouted at her rival.

"Look a pair of chopsticks can easily break apart," said Sasuke indicating to Sakura's broken chopstick, "but a bunch of chopsticks together are hard to break."

To show them he gathered all the chopsticks sitting in the container on the table. He mustered some strength but the bunched sticks had huge firmness in his hands.

Placing back the chop sticks to the container and grabbing a pair of chopsticks for Sakura, "We should be together not against each other."

'So cool,' these two words entered into everybody's heart at the moment hearing Sasuke's lesson. Especially for Naruto who's eyes transformed into two shining stars in admiration of his best buddy.

"Hurry up and eat Ino or else the ramen is going to get cold," Sasuke had a composed smile that shines into Ino's heart. "Don't worry Sakura I'll also make another bowl of the same ramen just for you."

"Thanks Sasuke-kun," said Sakura biting her bottom lips a little bit as she answered dolefully.

Throughout the night Sasuke along with Naruto learned many new recipes. Each one was imprinted like words carved into a wax block in Sasuke's heart.

With the numerous customers that came in the late even and at nighttime there were many opportunities to improve.

Within that single day Sasuke who was still in the state of [The Gate of Opening] was able to bring the original recipes taught to him closer to the perfect level he first learned them.

The power from the [Eight Gates] are really strong. The retrospect is that it can cause great fatigue in the user. By the time he finished for the night he feel as though he had ran over a 100 laps.

He was even more fatigued than Naruto who was still brimming with energy. Although his first 'experiment' didn't really come out right Naruto was still able to subsequently improve and better himself.

As he opened the door to his apartment the only thing in Sasuke's mind was to sleep. Collapsing in deep sleep when he saw his bed.

The next morning instead of going to school as usual Sasuke decided to impart this job to his shadow clone.

This way he can use the time to gain experience and quickly finish the mission assigned to him from System.

After school Sasuke's buddy Naruto followed his clone to the ramen shop and shouted in surprise when he saw that Sasuke was already at the shop.

Looking back and forth between the clone and Sasuke, "Sasuke-kun you used the Shadow Clone Technique to go to school!?"

"Wait! So I had been talking to your clone the whole time," Naruto's expression seem to lagged as he realized he had been fooled by his clone buddy.

"Sorry Naruto I really need to work hard at learning how to make noodle," Sasuke explained to his friend while ordering his clone to also start making a ramen for a waiting customer.

Maybe because of him around there's more female customers than usual. It's predictable since the female customers would spread news about this 'cute eye-candy' to their friends.

In the following days Sasuke seems to be learning at a lightning fast speed with the help of a shadow clone, the Sharingan and the Eight Gates.

By the end second day he already reached Teuchi's level of experience. The fourth day he already vastly improved on what he originally learned. The customers are lining up to try the ramen from his hands.

Due to the increased popularity from the ramen he made Sasuke used the Transformation Technique to disguise himself as a middle-aged new employee. This is to avoid the issue of the teachers at the ninja academy figuring it out.
