[You awaken to a bright light and find that you've been brought before god to be reincarnated with three wishes. Each costing one power stone to be fulfilled. You can pick the world and keep your memories free of charge. What are your wishes?]
Not much is known about Joe Chill, except that he appears to be a petty mugger who kills Thomas and Martha Wayne in front of their child, Bruce while trying to take their money and jewelry.
While Bruce is unflinchingly glaring at him and begins crying and calling for help. Chill panics and runs from the scene. Bruce would always remember the murderer's face.
Obviously, these events didn't happen exactly like that in this world, but this doesn't change the fact that it's very likely to have been Joe Chill that robbed and murdered the Wayne family.
The question is how will Bruce handle the situation? In his mind, he has three options on how to avenge the original Bruce and his family.
First, he could tell the police that he remembers the mugger saying his name at some point, and help the police catch and imprison the killer.
Officer Gordon would think that Joe Chill believed there wouldn't be any remaining victims alive and let his name slip due to his own hubris.
The only problem with this is the fact that Bruce feels that simple detainment and incarceration would be far too lenient for someone who killed an entire family of three.
He may be alive but the original Bruce Wayne is long dead and his memories weren't even left behind.
Option two, Bruce could simply hold the information to himself and wait until he's in a more advantageous position to deal with Joe somewhere down the line.
Although, Bruce doesn't really like this option either as he would rather take care of this and move on with his newfound life.
If he were to wait and enact his predecessor's revenge later on, the time spent in between would feel wrong to him. Bruce would feel out of place and wouldn't be able to fully commit to this new life until he's repaid his debt.
Finally, we have Bruce's favorite option. He could use his newfound resources, thanks to Wayne Enterprises, and track down Joe Chill to kill him at his earliest convenience.
Batman may have been against killing but this Bruce Wayne certainly is not.
Those who are willing to take the life of another should be ready for the same to happen to them as well.
Although he's only a child, he has money and connections that come with being from a billionaire family of old money.
The Wayne family has been rich and influential for a very long time.
Not to mention his very skilled butler just so happens to be an ex-soldier, and would very likely be perfectly fine with helping in Bruce's plan.
The man literally broke down in front of him, apologizing profusely, as soon as he entered the room.
If that isn't enough to show Alfred's loyalty, just look at every adaptation of him throughout every comic book, tv show, and movie.
Alfred has always been extremely loyal and dedicated to serving and taking care of Bruce Wayne, and that just so happens to be his new identity.
'I'll have to be careful about how the conversation goes, but I should be able to convince Alfred to join me in some good old fashion vengeance.' Bruce thought as the sun rose, lighting up the darkroom he's been plotting in all night. 'Of course, that will have to wait until this pipe is out of my throat.'
Bruce came to a decision and didn't seem to notice that he decided to kill someone.
Never in either life has Bruce even been in a simple fistfight with someone, let alone murdered them, but he didn't seem to notice this change in himself whatsoever.
Maybe it had something to do with his reincarnation if he could even call it that.

Not long after the sunrise, Alfred arrived to keep Bruce company and serve him like the fine butler he is.
The interactions between them were very one-sided for the moment, as Bruce was still unable to speak, but there seemed to be a sort of harmony between the two that spoke louder than words.
Later in the day, the nurses arrived to finally take the tube out of his throat, which he was very thankful for.
He had slept for a week and stayed up all night after his awakening. Bruce wanted nothing more than to get some food in his stomach and maybe drink a nice cold iced tea.
Sadly, his expectations were thwarted as he found out he wasn't allowed solid food for another day at the very least.
Thankfully, Alfred was able to talk the doctor into allowing drinks other than water.
He's truly the best butler.
'I think I can get used to having a butler...' Bruce thought as Alfred brought him a refreshing iced tea served on a silver platter.
"Young Master Bruce, Officer Gordon is scheduled to arrive at 3:30. I thought it best that he come and ask his questions as soon as possible." Alfred says as Bruce started sipping his ice-cold drink, which soothes his raspy throat.
"Does he not know about my amnesia?" Bruce replies.
"He does, but he insisted that the questions must be asked. Apparently, it's the protocol for every... case." Alfred stopped himself as he almost said the word homicide.
"You don't have to dance around the subject, Alfred. I may not remember anything about my life, but I can guess what happened. My parents are dead and I almost died as well. How did it happen?" Bruce feigns ignorance.
After a lot of prodding and poking, Alfred finally explained what he knew about the night Martha and Thomas Wayne were killed.
It matched everything Bruce already thought happened, which was good since that means his knowledge of Batman seems to line up with this world.
The room entered a deafening silence after Alfred fully explained everything.
Bruce didn't really care about Martha and Thomas Wayne, as he's never met them, but he knew he had to appear as if he did, so he stayed quiet and put on a pained and contemplative look.
This lasted until 3:30, when the future commissioner, Officer Jim Gordon came knocking to ask his questions.
