1 • Jimin's Challenge

Jin's glossy and tired eyes sparkled under the light as he looked at Namjoon with excitement. "Really? You want us to try?" he asked in disbelief. Namjoon smiled at Jin and nodded in response. "Yeah." he replied, his smile seeming to grow bigger by every second. "I want to show the members how we can be the best hyungs they've ever seen." he grinned, earning a long laugh from Jin.

Jin raised his eyebrow at Namjoon with a smirk. Namjoon looked away in embarrassment, knowing that the older could read him like an open book. Jin chuckled and nudged Namjoon's shoulder. "Who challenged you this time?" he teased. Jin sighed and sat down on the vacant couch. Namjoon joined him as he laid back to relax. They shared a brief moment of silence before Namjoon spoke up, his face hot in embarrassment. "It was Jimin..." he said softly, sounding shy and ashamed. Jin couldn't hold in his grin while turning to look at the younger member. "But I do wanna try being one of the best hyungs...! I really do." Namjoon said in defense, grasping Jin's shoulders and staring into his eyes intensely. "Yah, you're staring into my soul, Namjoon!" Jin scolded while smacking Namjoon's hands off his shoulders.

Namjoon apologized and exited the living room shyly. Jimin and the rest of the members were waiting for the two in the other room. "Hey, are we eating or what?" Jungkook whined. Jimin smiled at Namjoon and gave him a thumbs-up, his innocent grin hiding the mischief of his intentions. Namjoon shook his head and sat down with the others to eat. Jin arrived soon after and glanced at Namjoon, ready to start his plan that involved him. "Does anyone want more drinks?" Jin asked loudly.

Yoongi's emotionless gaze landed on Jin's face. "You're acting so sweet today." he commented blankly. Hoseok laughed and covered his mouth. "Yoongi, don't make me spit out my food!" he said. Jin frowned. "Yah! I'm only showing concern for you and I'm being as sincere as possible! And I'm always sweet to all of you, so you should be praising me for my affection and efforts!!" he blabbered, only to stop himself and clear his throat. "Anyways, who wants some milk?" he hummed. Namjoon snorted but held in his laughs. Jimin smiled with his mouth full while Jungkook sniffed, also trying to hold in his laughter. "I-I'll have banana milk, hyung." Jungkook said. Jin nodded and yelled "OK!".

Taehyung looked at Jin as his figure disappeared into the doorway. "He's acting weird today, don't you think?" He asked the members. Everybody nodded in agreement. "I wonder what he's up to, that guy." Hoseok said. Namjoon looked at the doorway curiously. "Seems like he's got a plan." Jimin said suggestively, looking at Namjoon. The older pressed his lips in a thin line. Jin's plan for him and Namjoon becoming the best hyungs were in effect, and he didn't plan to stop until they accomplish Jimin's challenge.
