CHAPTER 8: ONE SCREAM OVER

Billy's body has just dropped to the floor and Jack was helping Sidney get up. Sidney looked down at the lifeless bodies of Billy and Stu.

She was shocked "Did you have to kill them?"

Jack sighed "No thanks? They were about to kill you. They were about to kill Tatum."

Jack grabbed her and dragged her to the basement "They were about to kill your Dad too."

Sidney fell to her knees as she began to cry seeing her dad tied up and passed out with a ball gag in his mouth. He bent down and wiped her tears "They were monsters who deserved it."

She slowly nodded her head as she kept crying. Jack stood up "Listen go upstairs and call the police. I'll carry your father upstairs and get him untied."

She slowly got up as she headed upstairs to call the police. Jack then carried her father upstairs as he began to untie him and take the gag out of his mouth. He started to head up stairs as he carried the unconscious body of Sidney's father to the main room and laid him out next to Sidney.

As Jack set him down the door swung open with Gale Weathers dragging Dewey in with a knife still stuck in his back. She was about to pull it out but then Jack grabbed her hand and stopped her.

He sighed "It's better to leave it in. Could cause more damage pulling it out at this point."

Gale nodded and he continued "Sidney is already calling the police. Stay here with them. The two killers are already dead."

Gale's eyes widened "The two killers?"

Jack chuckled as he started to walk upstairs "Looks like you are finally going to get your big story."

He walked upstairs to the bathroom door "Tatum open up its me."

The door swung open to show Tatum holding a shower curtain rod that she ripped off the wall. Jack nodded in approval "Smart although if the killer was someone like me they would probably just let you swing it in the doorway to hit it on the wall. Then stab you when you miss."

He chuckled "Cute though."

Tatum dropped it and grabbed onto Jack she looked up giving a sexy smirk "Maybe you can give me a lesson sometime."

Jack leaned down and kissed her "As long as you're a good student."

Red and blue lights started to flash outside as the whole place seemed to get drowned in the colors.

The next day

Jack was in his house with Tatum on his arms watching the news in the morning. They saw Gale Weathers on the screen.

"The horror story that has been haunting this town is finally over. Much to the shock of everyone including myself who was almost killed by these maniacs. That's right these maniacs. It was a duo of killers named Billy and Stu. The last names of the duo were kept out to avoid targeting of the families….."

Jack shut off the television and sighed "You know, I knew I didn't like either of them."

Tatum nodded "I didn't think they were that fucked up."

Jack looked up at his ceiling "You never know what people are capable of I guess."

Jack then watched as everything went black around him. He fell down as if the couch he was on was not even there. He quickly stood up looking around. Large words then came in front of his face.

CONGRATS!

Way to survive.

Now onto the next world.

Jack was confused "What do you mean. I'm done already? What about Tatum?"

It then wrote out.

Everything has already been set. This is your first time going from one world to another like this.

Jack sighed in satisfaction as words appeared before him again.

Your Next World Will Be Scream TV Series

Jack sighed in annoyance "Great from knowing everything out of the plot to knowing nothing at all. So what about Tatum?"

Words then appeared again

Tatum will travel with you. She will remember everything. She has been informed that a Godly being is transmigrating her. She did cry tears of joy when she heard she will still be with you. The Conversation with said Godly presence will be wiped. Her old memories will fade and new memories will take their place. She will still remember the moments with you but there will be replacements in her new life.

Jack shrugged "As long as she is with me I guess it's alright."

Words then spelled out again.

Jack blacked out. When next he woke up.  He saw himself in his room again but a different rush of memories went through his mind again.

Jack had moved to Lakewood the center of attention city in the Scream TV series. He moved over at the end of junior year. He and Tatum had already been dating. Jack's parents were overseas and he was allowed to live by himself in Lakewood.

When he started going to school he instantly was friends with the popular group. Emma Duval, Brooke Maddox, Nina Patterson, Jake Fitzgerald, Riley Marra, Will Belmont, and Tyler O'Neil.

He sighed thinking about the drama. Emma was with Will. Jack was with Tatum. Nina and Jake were with whoever and everyone. Riley wasn't interested in anyone. Tyler was in to Nina but she was just playing him. Brooke was into a college guy.

Jack sighed as he looked at the clock saying "Well at least it's already been two weeks into the school year."

(A/N Eventually he will have the ability to go back to other worlds and to also pick the next world. He just has to earn it. Also to make things more clear in case people got confused. Tatum will have only the memories she has with Jack when jumping worlds. Her other memories will be replaced but similar enough to give her the same personality she would have. This was the best I could think of without having Jack tell her that he can hop between worlds and without just having her be a mindless dumbass whose memories get completely wiped every world.)
