A place where we will grow old

A month passed.No sign of loren .I was worried but at the same angry.

I went on with my daily routine.kresna became 10 and we celebrated it together.

Whenever I came out residence, I'll will always hope to meet him in front of the door.

I would have sleepless night sometimes ,when I think about what the demon said in my dream.

Was loren truly not happy being with me?.

I decided I'll return to the palace with kresna.Loren was the only reason I didn't want to return.

Kresna was already sleeping in her room.I decided to sit in front of the residence to stare at the sky.It had a lot of stars that night.The night was bright.

I heard the sound of horse approaching the residence.I quickly entered inside in case it was a thief.

I carried a knife,then I heard a knock on the door followed by loren's voice,"nate".

I froze.

I've waited for him.I was worried and angry.He  left for more than a month.I...really hated what he did.I've already planned to go back to the palace with kresna tomorrow and there's nothing that he'll say, that will make me change my mind.

I opened the door.

"My love",he said with a smile as he closed the door behind him.

He actually dared to call me that.

I glanced at him in anger and was about to walk to the bedchamber but he held my hand.

"Are you angry because I wasn't around for more than a month?.Am here now",he said with a smile.

"Let go of my hand, loren!.You said you will never leave my side ever again and you just disappeared more than a month and you have the guts to call me,your love?.

Do you even know the thoughts that flowed in my head throughout the time,you weren't here?.

If you don't love me anymore,then tell me you don't feel the same way again and I won't bother you,I'll just return to the palace.

Throughout this time,I asked myself.Is he tired of me and decided to abandon me here?,does he think am weighing him down?,does he think that am wasting his life,does he regret being with me ,was he ever In love with me or  was i only one Inlove?,or____".

He kissed me immediately,cutting me off and I didn't notice I was crying.i was just venting my anger.

I tried to pushed him away but he hugged me tightly.But I later found myself relaxing and no,I didn't want to relax,I am very angry,right now.

He pulled away as he stared at me.I couldn't say anything.

He used a hand and placed it on the head and made my forehead lean on his chest as he lowered his voice.

"I'll answer your thoughts,nate.You are not wasting my life,you are not weighing me down,I have never regretted you being in my life.

And yes ,I love you, nathius merve.I have always felt the same way from the time my feelings developed for you and I knew it was love.

I have always loved you and I will always love you for the rest of my life.

Forgive me for making you to feel this way".

He leaned out as he placed his hands on my shoulders and smiled at me,"I've missed you so much,my love. I was preparing things for us".

"What things",I asked as I looked away.

"I'll tell you later but first look at me",he said as he put his hand on my chin and turned my face to him.

"Your arms around my neck,if you forgave me".

I timidly put my arms  around him and he carried my legs up with a smile.

"Let me have a look at you",he said as he carried me to our bedchamber.

"Is it just a look?"I asked as I smiled at him.

We were naked on the bed as his leg and arm hugged me.

"I know you haven't done it in a long time but you could have gone easy on me.I almost passed out"I whined.

He kissed my neck,"forgive me,my love,I'll reduce my pace next time".

"So what are the things you prepared for us?".

He hesitated before he spoke,"my love,if I tell you that we should leave to another kingdom,will you agree to it?".

"Another kingdom?"I asked.

"Yes,the house we will leave in is also on the shore,just like this.Its a grassy shore.And it's not an enemy kingdom.If you don't want it,then we can stay here,your wish".

I turned to him,"I want to but when and how do we leave?",I asked curiously.

"Next week,I promise you,you will love it, we'll grow old there and and visit our kingdom sometimes.I bought a boat.And lastly,the day before we go,I'll send a letter to my parent and you can send a letter to consort white lotus.What do you think",he smiled delightedly at me.

I nodded,"I love it",I said with a smile.

He kissed my forehead,"I'll give you a wonderful life".

THE KING'S CHAMBER

"I hope you do not deceive his majesty",The chief of imperial guard asked the south province governor, lord hermein.

Lord hermein was on his knees while his head was on the floor,"Your majesty ,I do not deceive you.Am sure you have heard the rumor that his ghost massacred my son  and the people in his residence.

It isn't his ghost,General loren lives,your majesty.

And  goes by the name edis,a blacksmith with the 7th prince who lives as kylis,a physician and the little princess.Your majesty,forgive me for hiding this news from you".

" Your majesty,should I send imperial guards to bring them here",The chief of Imperial guard asked.

" I'll go with them and you",the king said.

Nate laid on the grass as he waited for loren to sail the boat.

"Hey!",he heard loren called aloud and he stood up.

He saw the boat and smiled,"it's wonderful",he waved at him.

They continued with their daily routine until the last day before they embark on their journey.

Loren couldn't stop smiling that day.It was evening.He sent the letters and told akells goodbye.

He walked along the road and his smile faded when he saw some imperial guards.

He dodged them and rode his horse back to the horse in fear.

Nate was sitting outside the horse when he saw loren and waves at him with a smile.

Loren got down from his horse,"we need to leave now".

NATE POV

I saw the fear in lorens eyes as I followed him behind,loading our belongings in the ship.

"I think the king is here in south province.Even though he doesn't know where we live or if you're alive It's better we leave now.Forgive me for the rush",he said as he kept loading our belongings into the boat.

I heard the sounds of horses.I turned,it was royal horses.My heart began to race in fear.

Loren was still bringing things with out with kresna.

"Loren let's just go now!",I yelled in fear as I saw him come out of the house.

He glanced and saw the horses that was approaching.

The imperial guards rode the hoses and on top of one I saw the king,my father.

They surrounded us.

I felt torn to pieces at the moment.

"Arrest General loren sorock for the kidnapping of the two royals",the king ordered.

"No....no...no",I shook my head.

I broke in tears,"we weren't kidnapped".

The imperial guards came forward as they put loren in shackles.

I fell on my knees,"your majesty,he didn't do that.Please release him",I pleaded in tears as I kept bowing to the ground.

"Take the 7th prince and the princess away",The king ordered.

"I refuse to leave!"I yelled.

"If the 7th prince don't obey,kill the general and the princess!",the king said aloud.
