Bloodstains

"Weren't you the one who asked me to leave? Was I wrong?" She tries to remain polite and find out what exactly was her fault.

"That was my order a few minutes ago before you stained my room with your blood. And now you want to just walk away without cleaning it? Is that polite?" Still focused on his book, the Young Master immediately explained why he had reprimanded Alicia.

She was confused about the meaning of the Young Master's words which had an implied sense. Fortunately, after a few seconds of understanding his words, Alicia understood his intentions even though her mind was confused.

Before deciding to leave, she had time to think about cleaning the bloodstains on the carpet and the pool of blood in the bathroom. But considering that outside this room, there were 2 Young Master Servants, she was sure that he would prefer to have them clean it up instead of asking the crippled girl to clean it.

The thought was corroborated by the Young Master already helping to treat her wound. And it means that he admitted that she was being injured and couldn't ask her to do the job. But she didn't think her guess was wrong to find out what he was thinking. He was a cruel person.

"B-but, I thought you would ask-" Alicia tried to explain what was on her mind, but her words were cut off by him as if he already knew what she was about to say. 

"You're the one making the dirt, and you're the one who has to clean it up... Do you want me to ask Belle or Rufus to do it?" At the end of the sentence, he slightly raised the tone as if he was testing Alicia's answer.

She could only remain silent and listen carefully to Young Master's words. She didn't expect him to actually tell her to clean the carpet and bathroom. That's cruel!

Since she felt responsible for the bloodstain, she couldn't possibly agree to Young Master's statement to ask Belle and Rufus to take her place. He could really make Alicia feel guilty.

"Okay, I'll clean it up." Without shirking responsibility, Alicia immediately agreed to take responsibility.

Without trying to get attention, Alicia rushed into the bathroom to clean the floors of the bloodstains before they dried, because it will be difficult to clean.

"This should have been resolved quickly." She was relieved that the bloodstains had not dried. But one thing she makes sure of is the water in the bathtub. It has been drained!

She was increasingly clueless as to what exactly the Young Master was hiding. While thinking about that, Alicia wandered around the bathroom a bit, looking for the tools she needed. And the great thing was that the toilet equipment was very complete in there.

She used to do household chores and didn't have much trouble cleaning the bathroom. It's just that she had to tie her dress to not interfere with her work and keep her bandaged right leg from getting wet.

Thanks to her skills as a country girl, it didn't take her long to clean the bathroom. "Phew, it's settled. Now the main problem remains."

Now she had to clean her bloodstains on the large carpet that stretched out in the Young Master's room. She couldn't take the carpet and wash it in the bathroom because the carpet was under the bed, cupboards, and other furniture on the carpet. She had to move them all if she wanted to wash the carpet.

Her difficulty increased when she saw the blood that stained the carpet had dried. 'Gosh! It won't be able to be cleaned in the usual way.'

She was confused because the dried blood had soaked in the thick carpet. There is no other way to clean it other than washing it directly. However, after seeing its enormous size, Alicia was a little uninspired to do so because she was alone.

Amid her confusion, she slightly remembered how to clean food stains on clothes. Feeling that this method would clean the bloodstains on the carpet, Alicia immediately went back to the bathroom. She grabbed some of the things she needed.

Started by scraping the dry stain, then she gave water mixed with soap, rubbed it on the stain, and let it sit for 5 minutes. As she waited for the stain to dissolve from the soap, she glanced at the Young Master. He was still busy with his book and ignored her cleaning his room.

Although it was annoying to be ignored, she felt it was better because she could get nervous if Young Master monitored her work.

As expected, Alicia managed to clean the bloodstains on the luxurious-looking carpet without damaging the carpet. She was relieved to have cleaned it well, and it was time for her to leave the room.
