The second company is an investment company that focuses on technology companies. He plans to invest in several well-known enterprises through this organization. He named it Alphabet Investment Group. The third is Blackstone Capital, which will handle funds and assets in the stock exchange.

The fourth one is the security group, which will protect his companies and will primarily consist of mercenaries. Ethan named it Umbrella Group.

Lastly, there is an audit company that will review all of his company's accounts. This group is comprised of John and his lawyers. Some of them will act as the company's legal department, and Ethan will also hire additional lawyers. Ethan named it the Atlas Group.

Ethan also intended to start multiple businesses, but the timing was not perfect, and taxes are currently far higher than they will be in the future. The United States is currently engaged in a cold war with the Soviet Union, as well as participating in the Vietnam War. Taxes on military and other spending range from 30% to 70%.

Ethan instructed John to build the Umbrella and Atlas groups in Nightshade City while remaining in New York.

Following that, Ethan examined the debt repayment plan. His lawyers had already established several offshore corporations in the shadow islands of the Nova Empire, the British Virgin Islands, and the Cayman Islands, and they had begun to acquire shares in his enterprises. The holding firms are handled by his subordinates, who were hired through the system. They are 100% dedicated and global citizens. They will gradually clear the debt, and he instructed his lawyers to keep debts stable. Debts also help to reduce taxes.

His imperial group in the Nova Empire has begun to take shape. It began mostly in agriculture, mining, and some construction businesses. Ethan used many cards on the imperial group that were slightly stronger than his industries. With the assistance of the 50 professionals, his Imperial organization will grow significantly in all areas.

Harry Potter books are also doing well this month. The total number of books sold this month approached 5 million. Even though the book was priced at $12, sales remained rather stable. He became well-known, and various entertainment companies approached Victor Group about purchasing copyrights. 

Although he used the cards in multiple companies, they only helped them manage the business efficiently. He has future knowledge that results in a massive quantity of wealth. So he spent the next three days writing plans for many companies and met the CEOs of his companies one by one.

In his castle, Ethan met with Nightshade bank president Alan Coleman in his study room. After Alan took over the bank, he fired numerous employees who had done something wrong and sued them. Ethan didn't stop Alan's ways. He was recruited through the system and remained loyal. That is enough for Ethan to trust Alan.

"Boss, deposits at our banks, including multiple branches, are increasing." After listening, Ethan nodded.

"Alan, let me know if you have any plans."

Alan has expertise in finance and stock investing."

"Boss, Several branch heads are not competitive, and the bank lacks several talented employees."

"Several banks have begun their research into ATMs and card systems.
