As the hovercar was heading towards a small frontier town, in the distant capital of the Lun Kete Alliance - Treyna City.

In a reception room in the Congress Hall of Treyna City, Chairman Cass, was hosting his Intelligence Minister - Hilton.

"Hilton, what is it that you need me for?" Chairman Cass asked, sipping tea from the table, unhurriedly.

"The situation is this, Chairman," the Minister of Intelligence replied, his expression serious: "The 'Thunderbolt' space probe has detected three abnormal spatial fluctuations."

"Oh? Three?" The Chairman Cass's demeanor also began to turn serious: "What caused the spatial fluctuations?"

"I'm not entirely sure," the Minister of Intelligence shook his head: "But according to Lord Sidim's prediction, it's very likely that the Singer Civilization has transferred three Blue Star Humans to our planet. Lord Sidim says the origin of the spatial fluctuations started on the Blue Star side."
