Chapter 29 System Spirit.

Chapter 29 System Spirit.

Ding!

[System spirit activation.]

[System spirit activated in 3..2..1]

[System spirit born.]

''A system spirit!'' Sophia shouted in disbelief.

Emma and Kaile just looked at Eleonor in wonder.

'Just how powerful was she, to be able to do all of this?'

Eleonor smiled and said.

'I know what your thinking, but i am just as weak as you guys now, so don't expect anything from me, other than my experience that is.''

Kaile smiled.

''I never thanked you for doing what you did.'' Kaile suddenly felt the urge to hug Eleonor.

For someone that is constantly worrying about his family, to all of a sudden, gain enough power, to be able to withstand a bullet shot from a gun, in Eleonor and Kaile case, or to be able to regenerate from a gunshot wound, in Emma and Sophia's case.

Kaile couldn't be more grateful.

Now he doesn't have to worry about the stairs collapsing when walking down them.

Unfortunately for Kaile, bullets aren't what are used nowadays, instead laser rifles are commonplace.

And any laser rifle can penetrate the skin of any of them, not to mention, the rifle shoots at light speed.

So unless the Nuit family undergoes major evolution, it's impossible to evade them.

It's estimated that, until the people of the world, reach a level above planetary, laser guns will be able to kill unsuspecting people.

Only by having a tough defence, could someone defend against them

Could you imagine, a being capable of shattering a continent with a single palm, yet, if that same being is unprepared, and his skin isn't naturally tough, a laser moving at light speed, penetrates the head, instantly killing them.

What a tragic way to go out, for such a being.

Just as the Nuit family were going to try and talk with the system spirit, and get more familiar with the changes in their body.

Beams of white spot light shone down on the almost shattered house.

Followed by a commanding voice.

''The Nuit family, we know you are still within the house, come out, we have already spotted you on radar!''

Kaile immediately became alert.

Looking through all the holes in the wall, and the supposedly ceiling of the kitchen, that now has patches where the sky can be seen, Kaile could tell that it wasn't just one carrier that was surrounding the house, but a total of 6.

Due to the strange rumbling the planet just experienced, the once brightening sky, has now been plunged into an eternal darkness.

''I'll go out and see what they want.'' Kaile said with resolve.

''No brother, you cannot.'' Sophia cried out!

Sophia didn't want to be a burden, thinking back to all the times she had to endure the teasing and bullying Kaile suffered in class, she was already determined to not fall behind.

Especially since she now has changed her race entirely.

Fortunately, the bloodline of the Nuit family hasn't been fully awakened yet, otherwise, Kaile would right now sound like a typical arrogant dragon.

And Sophia would be like an obsessed yandere, that refuses to let her target of love walk into danger.

Witches in the novel the family used to read, were beings that could only fall in love with one person.

And once that happened, that witch would betray anyone and everyone just for that person.

Unfortunately, they got taken advantage of by lots of men, therefore the primordial witch of beginning, created a racial trait ability, that was called Detachment.

Detachment was.

[Detachment]

Detachment when used, will nullify the emotions of a witch towards the intended target, the witch doesn't need to see only think of the other person.

Unfortunately, if a witch ever used detachment, the odds of her ever falling in love with another being is practically non-existent.

Many other things like this example, applied to the rest of the races the Nuit family chose, so it's fortunate their bloodline isn't fully awakened, and is only in a semi awakened, diluted and in pure state.

Thanks to that, Kaile was able to convince the others that because of his tough dragon scales, he might be able to handle a sneak attack or two, and even if he is injured, then his racial regeneration will do the trick.

This is something that would be impossible to convince, if their bloodline was awakened, and the pride of each race was enhanced by many folds.

Which race out of the vampire, witch, and elven races, didn't have their own means of protection.

Kaile stepped out of the breaking down house.

He pushed open the front door, as the thing was already on its last legs, and slowly walked out of the house.

At that moment, it was hard to tell who was shocked the most.

Was it Kaile, witnessing what looks to be an army of fleets.

Or was it the people in the fleets, witnessing what looks like an alien for the first time.

Bearing in mind, from inside the house, Kaile could only see six single spot lights, and those spotlights were attached to six carriers, so Kaile was under the impression there were only those ones at most. But…

''Isn't this a little bit too, ridiculous of a welcome, to come to my broken down humble home?''
