Maxie arrived at Adira Games headquarters and was welcomed by Rob, the head of the studio. They sat down in the conference room and were joined by Jake, the head of the Food Division at Tronc Corporation.

"So, I understand that you're interested in investing in our game, Life and Land," Rob said.

"Yes, that's correct," Maxie replied. "We at Portal Food Supplies believe in preserving this game and its community."

Jake interjected, "But you see, Maxie, We won't be selling the game to Portal Food Supplies there's no need for investment. Tronc Corporation is willing to keep the game online in exchange for distribution rights for your products in our Tronc Marts."

Maxie frowned, understanding Jake's intention. "I appreciate the offer, Jake, but I think I need to talk to our CEO, Alex, before making any decisions."

Jake leaned back in his chair, a sly smile on his face. "Of course, take your time. But I must remind you, we won't be selling Life and Land to anyone else."

Maxie nodded, then stood up and thanked Rob for his time. She left the Adira Games headquarters, thinking about what had just transpired. She realized that Jake was trying to leverage their desperation to keep the game alive to his advantage. She would have to report back to Alex and make a decision together.

Jake already knew that PFS would be willing to take this deal because there is no way a food company is going out of it's way to save a dying game, whatever the reason is it's profitable for him and Tronc so he took the gamble.

Maxie and Alex discussed the offer from Tronc for the next few days. They weighed the pros and cons of accepting it, knowing that giving Tronc the distribution rights for their products in the international market would be a big sacrifice.

Maxie told Alex about Jake's sly smile and how he tried to leverage their desperation to keep Life and Land alive. Alex nodded, understanding the situation. He was not happy about the prospect of giving Tronc the rights, but he knew that it would be the best option for now.

After much contemplation, Alex and Maxie decided to accept the offer from Tronc, but only for the international market. They couldn't afford to breach the exclusive contract they had with Dash Mart, owned by Mr. Eddy. Alex was not happy about this, but he had to make do with it for now.

"Maxie, we'll accept Tronc's offer, but only for the international market," Alex said. "We can't betray Mr. Eddy's trust. He has been a loyal partner to us form the start."

Maxie nodded, understanding the decision. "I agree, Alex. It's the best option for now. We'll work on finding a better solution in the future."

And so, the distribution rights for all food products were given to Tronc for only the international market. The partnership between Portal Food Supplies and Tronc Corporation was formed.

The next day was a monumental one for both Portal Food Supplies and Adira Games. The game they loved would not be shutting down after all.

Meanwhile, Tronc Marts International made their own announcement, revealing that they would now be selling PFS fruits in 24 countries across the globe.

The fruits were selling like hotcakes, and the company was making more profit than ever before. He knew that this was just the beginning, and that there was so much more potential for growth in the future. But Alex was not happy knowing that this was actually giving Tronc Corporation more money, he had to do something but what he didn't know he needed more money do anything so that's what he did, turned on his pc expanded his existing farm made more farms and potion factories. Good thing about Life and Land is you just need to expand your farm or start a farm and then you will get unlimited items without putting any effort.

He couldn't help but feel a twinge of sadness, knowing that Tronc was also benefiting from his success. But he was determined to use this opportunity to grow his company. He had a plan, and he was determined to see it through.

With the new products launching, Alex will be able to hire more staff, expanding his reach to different markets. He was slowly but surely building a solid foundation for Portal Food Supplies. And as the company grew, so did Alex's bargaining power. He was confident that one day, he would be able to negotiate a deal with Tronc for the rights to Life and Land.

But for now, he was content with taking things one step at a time. With hard work and determination, Alex was determined to turn Portal Food Supplies into a household name.
