Fe Di opened her eyes and felt a splitting headache, her whole body felt so weak that opening her eyes had been a struggle.
She sized up her surroundings and realized she was in a hospital ward.
The last thing she remembered...she had been hit by a huge truck and laid in a huge pool of blood surrounded by a huge crowd.
Soon her vision became blurry and she had lost consciousness.
The door was pushed open and a nurse walked in, she changed her drip.
"You're awake? You got hit by a truck and immediately brought here, we saw your information on your ID card and we also called..."
The nurse got interrupted before she could complete her sentence, the door was once again pushed open and Xu Feng walked in together with Fe Jung.
Fe Di frowned, this two were indeed shameless. They had the guts to walk in together after what had happened. How long had they been together?
"Young Master Xu?", The nurse was completely shocked as she saw Xu Feng standing right in front of her.

"Are you okay?", Xu Feng rushed towards Fe Jung and helped her up, extreme worry was evident on his face.
"Fe Di, no matter how angry you are with your sister and I doesn't mean you should hurt her! If anyone should be blamed it should I and not her. You didn't have to go to the extreme of pushing her onto the floor.", Xu Feng immediately pushed the blame onto Fe Di without thinking.
At this same moment the door was pushed open again and her father and stepmother walked in.
The two saw Fe Jung sobbing in Xu Feng's arms and muttering that everything that happened was her fault.
"Fe Di what did I just hear? You pushed my daughter onto the floor? Oh my poor daughter, she's so kind to you but all you do is repay her with wickedness!"
"Mom don't say that, sister didn't intentionally push me, it's just that she misunderstood I and brother Xu"
Looking at Fe Jung pretend and act so pure and innocent made Fe Di want to throw up.
"Misunderstanding? You call that a misunderstanding when I caught you two in bed?", Fe Di was fuming with anger and her face was all red.
"Fe Di! Watch your words! Don't speak so foolishly!", Her father scolded her immediately he heard her words.
"Fe Di you're really going to far! How dare you accuse my innocent daughter of such an immoral act?"
Fe Jung wanted to play along with her parents and deny Fe Di's accusation however Xu Feng was a real man and wanted to take responsibility for whatever he had done.
"Auntie, Uncle, whatever Fe Di said is true. I have been together with Fe Jung for a few months now. Actually Fe Di, Fe Jung is two months pregnant and I have to take responsibility by breaking up with you however I didn't know how to break the news to you however I didn't know how to break the news to you. ", Xu Feng said.
"Xu Feng is right, I knew about the relationship between him and your sister however he told me he wanted to give you sometime before breaking the news to you. Since you've found out on your own then that's it.", Her father said.
"Wait! Dad you... you knew? You knew they were in such a relationship and you kept quiet about it? You're my biological dad not hers! How could you be so wicked and heartless?", Tears were streaming down the cheeks of Fe Di. Painful...it was too painful. Why was she experiencing such things on her birthday? It was supposed to be a joyful day however it was only filled with pain and hurt.
Her chest...it was starting to hurt. It was difficult to breathe.
"Sister what's wrong? I'm going to call the doctor right now!", Fe Jung saw her stepsister heaving up and down and her whole body was trembling too.
Soon Fe Jung walked in with the doctor and saw her stepsister laying still on the bed.
The doctor walked towards her stepsister and after a checkup he shook his head.
Was her stepsister dead? Had she finally died?
