After putting out the fire that almost erupted in the Evans mansion and filling George in on everything that happened between Henry and Cynthia, Robert hurried back to Henry's side and was parking the car outside of his residence.
His older son exceeded his expectations when it came to the kiss that Henry took from Cynthia. George did not treat the situation as a jealous husband would at all, on the contrary. He was quickly able to comprehend the fact that Henry was not in his right mind and was very confident of his wife's love and loyalty. Instead, he asked his father questions about her, how she looked on the ride back, and whether or not Mrs. Edinburgh was there to stay next to her after she got out of Robert's car.
Robert was thankful that he had raised an heir like George, he gave Gloria an equal share of the credit for being a wonderful mother to George.
