Chapter 192: If I Can't have Calcel, No one else can

" It's just a talk . Let them be ! "

Derrick dragged Alyssa and only released her after they were alone at the rooftop.

" What is it that you want ? " She questioned angrily.

" Did you really recover your memory ? Or we were lying to defeat me ? " Derrick asked.

Alyssa had lied of course. She laughed at him. " Why do you care now, What is important is that I have been able to get rid of your lies. "

" So you think that I will let you go ? " He asked.

" Of course you will have to. Because you are going to arrested very soon. " Alyssa declared.

" Arrested for what ? " Derrick asked.

" Perjury..." she declared.

" What ? " Derrick asked in disbelief.

" Yes. You were too stupid that you didn't even know that spreading false information about me is a crime. I already called the police and its on the way. " Alyssa said to him.

Derrick felt anger burn inside him and folded his hands into fists. He was almost going to punch her when he heard a voice say.

" Freeze ! " He turned around and saw four police officers who came and took him away.

Alyssa smiled on seeing him and she went back downstairs when she met May just at the staircase.

Alyssa's smile faded on seeing May because she obviously knew that May was not here for a good reason.

May had a smile as she walked closer to Alyssa. They were like this when the officers passed past them with Derrick in cuffs.

" May, What brings you here ? " Alyssa asked with a serious face.

" I came to congratulate you upon getting rid of your ex lover. " May answered more like mocking her because she had a smug smile on her lips.

Alyssa gave a genuine smile and said. " Thanks May. "

" Well..." May added walking closer to Alyssa until she was just an inch away.

" I heard that Calcel canceled your wedding. So...I was wondering if he will come back for you today since you have solved the problem. " Said May.

" That is between me and him. You better mind your business. " Alyssa said.

" Haha !!! " May laughed and said.

" I thought that you had leant a lesson when he canceled your wedding but it seems you haven't understood him. Calcel is a guy who likes perfect people, one mistake he runs away.." May said.

Alyssa smiled.." May, Let me correct you. I accept he dumped me because he thought I had done something wrong. But he dumped you because you are evil. You murdered his ex lover and the baby. Not forgetting my baby too. "

These words started getting on May's nerves. " So, Don't compare yourself to me. You should actually be thankful that you are not in jail for the things you did. " Alyssa added.

" I did everything because of love..!! " May spoke angrily.

" That was not love dear. It was selfishness. " Alyssa said back. " And..you should be glad that i forget the things you did to me and Alyssa. If you don't want to go to jail, Please avoid and stay away from Calcel..." Alyssa declared and turned to leave when May pulled her back by grabbing her hand.

" Marvis, You think that you can threaten me by this ? " May asked.

Alyssa chuckled. " Of course not. But I am actually surprised because you look scared. " She said.

" Calcel will not come back to you. " May yelled which made Alyssa to laugh again.

" I don't care. At least I have money and fame. And you know what, I will be glad not to be with a man who once shared a bed with you ! I deserve better ! " Alyssa said this which really pissed May off.

" How dare you say that Calcel doesn't deserve you ? You are the one who doesn't deserve him. " She said.

" Let go of my hand ! " Alyssa finally declared because she was already tired.

May instead held her stronger.

" I said let go ! " Alyssa said again and tried to pull her hand out from May's grip and in that process May looked around and saw no one around so she pushed Alyssa hard away from her that Alyssa fell from the stair case and fell unconscious.

' I already lost my child and Calcel. I have nothing to lose now. Even if I go to jail right now, Calcel will have lost you too. And I sure this time round he will never love again. '

May thought as she went down stairs to the unconscious Alyssa. She removed a small pistol from her coat and said.

" If I can't have Calcel, No one can have him either.." She said and aimed to shoot Alyssa to death.

At this time, Calcel had come to find Alyssa when he found Thomas , Robert and Gladys waiting for her.

" Where is Marvis ? " He had asked them.

" She went inside..." when they answered Calcel didn't wait for them to complete so he went inside and asked when he met the officers dragging Derrick.

" Where is Marvis ? " He asked the Officers.

" We left her with someone at the staircase to the rooftop. " They answered him.

Calcel was there only to be welcomed by scene. May was holding a pistol that pointed at Alyssa who was already on the ground.

Before he could do anything, he realized that May was actually pulling the trigger and he ran as fast as he could and hovered on top of Alyssa with a hug such that when May released she shot Calcel instead.

May only realized what she just did in one blink and opened her mouth and eyes wide. She had just shot Calcel.

The four people who were working around heard the sound of the bullet and ran to them. May couldn't even run away because she was still frozen by the shock of shooting Calcel.

" She shot them ! Catch her ! " One of the women who had come to rescue said.

May was caught by the two other men but she didn't mind because her eyes were releasing tears.

" Please call the ambulance ! " The woman said to another woman.
