Chapter 2- First evolve

Once the list slid down a various amount of names were displayed, from Blackstar wolf to Abyssal wolf, however, he couldn't click on any of them because for some reason it was locked. Zero sighed and clicked on the arrow next to Wolf. Again a list rolled down and a bunch of names were displayed. Yet, just like before, he saw some remained locked. Only one of them was unlocked, Zero looked at it and read it aloud, "Human."

His face came alive when he saw it, then drove his finger into the screen and clicked it. Once he pressed it, the screen turned back into a long DNA strand. Then another DNA strand appeared and began exchanging nucleotides with the older one. After they were done swapping, the new DNA strand disappeared leaving only one. That same DNA strand turned into another screen.

This screen was different from the ones that appeared before. On the right of the screen was a naked female, she had silver eyes and silver hair. When Zero saw her, he blushed and jolted his head away from the screen. Then he slowly turned his head to leer one more time at the screen. In his previous world, he had no experience with girls. He wasn't a complete pervert but given the chance to see a naked female, he wouldn't decline.

He kept looking at the screen until it dawned upon him this female was clearly the Silverwolf, however, this was it in human form. Was he about to change the species of this creature from wolf to human? It made sense since he clicked on Species... However, it was still hard to believe he had the ability to do such an amazing thing. Nonetheless, he decided to ride the wave.

On the right of the screen were the specifics of the naked girl such as her height, bust size etc. Zero clicked on the height and then changed it from 160cm to 177cm. He stood 187cm tall and thus decided to make her somewhat taller. As he finished inputting the new details, the naked girl on the right of the screen's body increased in length as well. After length, he increased her bust size from 89 to 98 centimetres.

Similarly like before, the bust size of the girl increased proportionately. After bust size, he changed her eye colour from silver to amber, as well as her skin tone from fair to olive-brown. Zero played around with a lot of other features until he was satisfied. He even increased the bust size from 98 to 120 just because he could. However, he changed it back to 98 then looked at his work and he saw that it was good. She more pulchritudinous then ever before.

After he finished modifying her looks, he clicked on equipment. Immediately, a new screen appeared. It looked exactly the same as an equipment screen from the games he used to play as a child. Because she was naked all the slots were empty. Zero also didn't have any extra clothes to give to her. He himself was clothed in pyjamas. Thus he took off his top and then pushed it into the screen and just as he expected, it disappeared into it. Now the girl was wearing a purple button-up pyjamas top with small dogs on. The size of the top changed once it entered to fit her perfectly. Now, all he had on was a white vest but it was better than letting her walk around naked.

After he sorted her equipment out, he moved onto her skills. Some of her skills were more suited to a quadrupedal creature such as the skills, bite, scratch and rallying howl. Yet, she did have skills that could work for a human as well, these were, wind scythe, cloud step and more. Zero removed the unnecessary skills and added some skills that were unlocked. This was Leadership, Swordsmanship, Magic affinity and more.

After completing that, he went to titles and looked at her Alpha title. It gave her extra charisma points to all the other creatures that considered themselves as a part of her pack. It was a useful skill so he did not take it off. He also wanted to add more titles to her, however, he saw the titles were sealed. thus ending that idea.

Zero had already made a lot of changes to the new human, however, he had yet to give her a name. He thought long and hard about it until one finally came to mind. He clicked on the stats screen and then changed her name from unnamed to Azaleigh.

After that, he gave everything a look over one more time and he was delighted with his creation. Thus he clicked the green arrow at the bottom of the screen.

'I don't even need to think about it, if I don't accept then I'll die for sure. This way I have a fighting chance. However, before I accept I need to move to the right. This way I can dodge the girl that's on a collision course into me.'

Zero tried to move his limbs but for some reason, he couldn't move at all. He tried over and over again but he couldn't move. The only movement that was possible was his fingers to navigate the interface. Once he realised this he decided to proceed and clicked [Yes].

Once he clicked, time unpaused and a bright white light flashed around Azaleigh blinding Zero. Then in the next moment, Azaleigh went flying straight into Zero sending them rolling on the ground. Before the time pause, she was running towards him with four legs, now that she only had two, the sudden difference caused her to tumble with all her momentum.

Once they stopped rolling, Zero opened his eyes and saw her sitting on top of him looking into his green eyes. Azaleigh immediately climbed off of him then bowed her head, "My master, I'm sorry I tried to kill you. I was very hungry and you looked like an easy kill. If you can find it your heart to forgive me, I will serve you always to the best of my abilities. " While she waited for his response her face was contorted in shame.

Never in her life did she think she would meet a human that could do what he could do. Furthermore, because Zero was able to see her stats, she felt that he could see her truest self further increasing her reverence towards him. Thus she instantly called him master as she had made up her mind to follow him until death does them part.

Zero listened to her then he stood up and dusted himself off, "It's fine, you did not know who I was so I forgive you. However, never underestimate me again. If you can promise me that, I will let you serve me." Although he said it with a refined aura and as if her sudden submissiveness was all according to plan. Inside, he was ecstatic, he didn't think she would swear loyalty to him. He just changed her from wolf to human with the hope of being able to negotiate his safety. As a human, she would be able to understand him. Never did he expect this situation.

Azaleigh responded by nodding her head while a few tears of joy escaped from her eyes. This startled her greatly, "Master! My face is leaking!"

Zero broke out in laughter and patted her on her head, "They are called tears, they represent emotion in its purest form. When we humans are disconsolate our tears fall. When we are jubilant our tears fall too. It's a normal thing, you are going to be okay." He wiped away her tears with his index finger then smiled at her.

Hearing that she was going to be okay, Azaleigh emptied her lungs then smiled once more. That's when Zero looked into the sky and smiled faintly, ' I believe in this world, I can finally be happy.' He now had a strong partner that was willing to follow him and protect him. Not to mention, she was a top-class beauty, how could he not feel that way.

After looking in the sky, Zero looked at the wolves that were wagging their tails at him. They were no longer looking to kill him because their master had submitted to him, that made him the master of their master. Now he had to figure out what to do with them as well as find a place to sleep.
