The world has now entered the 22nd century. A new development phase began since a decade ago, which changed the world itself. The way the people looked at the world changed. Photons and electromagnetism, the two avant-garde pioneers of the twentieth century have now become old fashioned.
Like when the world entered the wireless era, wires lost their favours, now photonic energy lost their favour. The world at the moment, entered the new Ultra-magnetic era. The so called solar fusion was no longer just a dream. It has become a part of one of the many cutting-edge technologies. Nuclear weapons were no longer feared, as Atomic shields emerged as the new saviour. Peace and progress were said to be the new agenda of the world.
And all these made possible just because of one man. For his achievements, he was granted the two titles 'Man of the Decade' and 'Lunar Legend'. A man revered by all. The man who changed the views of the world itself- Kiel Dimitriev! Or simply Dr K, as all liked to call him. Someone in the 22nd century, might not remember how an apple fell from a tree, but the name Kiel Dmitriev could be found at the tip of everyone's tongue.
But the most revered person in the world was presently writing his final memoirs on a small black coloured dairy, in an empty and dimly-lit room. He was not ill, neither was he going to die. A small wall clock beside him ticked down towards midnight as he continued to focus on his dairy. Just as it was about to strike midnight, he dropped down his pen. Closing the diary, he threw it into a cubic vault nearby, which contained many other unknown objects. As the vault closed, it started to glow dimly with a green hue and then automatically buried itself into the ground, without leaving behind any evidence of its prior existence.
'It is about time for the final phase to begin. So let's invite the world to the greatest show of the millennia!'
"EMILY! Activate Old Dusk of project END."
As his hoarse voice echoed in the empty room, a few seconds later an electronic voice resounded from somewhere unknown.
"Beep… Old Dusk activated. Invitations transmitted all over the world."

As he said those words, the world renowned scientist vanished in the darkness of the empty room.

When the world was growing turbulent due to the sudden sensation, there came an even more mysterious revelation- 'The disappearance of the legendary scientist Dr K'. This added even more chaos to the existing one.
The two news caused so much unease that even the top management of every country had become pressurised. After all it's the Man of the Decade, they were talking about!! A person who could even stop nuclear weapons. So they had to pay attention to the name Dr K, even if they were unwilling. And which country would not want such a hero for themselves. Hence, a search warrant was approved all over the world, just for one man.
As the hectic days were just beginning, a very strange occurrence happened four days after the big event. Every country's military long distance surveillance caught a high energy reading in the Seychelles region. The reading was so high that it even neared the energy of almost five nuclear warheads of the largest scale. But the energy hike remained for just five seconds. After which it vanished, like it never existed at all. If not every country experiencing the same situation, this would just had been labelled as a misunderstanding. This discovery added even more chaos to recent turbulence all around the globe.
Connecting all the events happening recently, the elites came to several inferences. But the main conclusions still pointed at the legendary scientist Dr K. Everyone wanted to find out what was really happening, but no country wanted the other to take the lead. For this reason, a World Council was called in order.
To prevent any mishaps or to eliminate any threat from disrupting the world order, for the first time in the century every major or minor country came together. It could even be said that the entire world's top level had converged in a single room for just one man.
