" Watch it next time " I said Coldly and I Watched as her cheeks reddened in Embarrassment.

" I'm sorry " se muttered under her breath and I didn't say a word as I walked passed her,with my suit case in my hand .

I could feel her eyes on me the entire time as I strolled up to me room .

I didn't bother to check if she was okay or not . Immediately I got to my room .

Ivy turned with Ruby in her arms.

" Hey girls " i said as I walked towards them and she smiled .

" Hey" she said and I stared at Ruby in her arms .

" She fell asleep just now " she said and I kissed Ruby's forehead .

" How was it ? She asked as I dropped my suit case and started removing my buttons. 

" How was what ? I asked cluelessly and she sighed .

" I guess you might have seen her downstairs ,you're not listening to what I'm saying " Ivy said and I rubbed my forehead.

" I'm not having that conversation with you in front of our sleeping daughter " I said immediately and she stared at me silently.

" Are you gonna stand there all night because you saw Cora in the mansion, let me assure you I don't have any time for that " I said and she scoffed .

" What is she doing here then ? She asked and I stayed silent as I removed my belt tiredly .

" Dylan. .." She called in hurt .

" Ivy please ....I'm tired okay ,I Seriously don't want to be talking about that woman right now . You're my fiance I see no reason why you should be bothered about a woman I use to have something with " I said and she scoffed immediately.

" Seriosely Dyl ? You think she's just a woman you used to have something with ? I'm your fiance ,the mother of your child ...." She trailed .

" Why are we having this conversation ? Please stop it I'm not interested " I said and she walked out if our room in hurt .

I think I hurt her again ,but what could I have done when she wouldn't stop talking about Cora .

I haven't given her reasons to feel insecure yet she's already doing just that .

I hated it whenever our conversations relate to Cora ,She's not a topic I like to talk about. 

It keeps me hurt and sensitive at the end . I freshened up and changed into comfortable clothes .

After the fight with Ivy I didn't feel comfortable with going downstairs for dinner ,so I stayed in my room alone .

" Hey bro heard you're back " Emelio said coming in .

" You didn't knock " I said immediately and he laughed.

" We know you and Ivy never makeout in this room ,I wonder how Ruby was made " I heard Sergio's voice and groaned tiredly.

" Probably he was horny " Emelio added as he lay flat on my bed .

" Guys I'm sleepy " I said immediately.

" Don't be sleepy please ,Aria is having such an annoying business meeting with a client who can't make her mind on what she wants for her wedding and you need to keep me busy " Fred said walking in already clad in his nightwear.

" So why do y'all have to storm my room " I asked and Sergio laughed .

" We need to know if you're okay " he said and I rubbed my forehead.

I knew this was the reason they had stormed my room in the first place ,to make sure I was okay and not sulking over the fact that Cora was in the same Estate with me.

" I'm fine . Ivy and I had an argument but I've got this covered " I said and Emelio sat up on my bed .

" Why what happened ? Did you do anything stupid ? He asked immediately.

" Don't worry it's not serious " I said as I picked up my phone.

" She's definitely insecure about Cora around ,I mean who wouldn't be have you seen Cora that girl...." Sergio said and whistled .

" I should tell Neomi you said that ,what do you think ? I asked smirking and his jaws literally dropped.

" Please I still love my life " he said immediately and we all laughed.

They stayed with me for sometime before Frederico patted my back .

" You have a meeting with the Don , Yvonne and Cora tommorow " he said and I frowned .

" Why ? I asked and Sergio sighed .

" He has business for the 3 of you " he answered and I didn't say anything.

Because right there and then I didn't know how or what to feel ,I just felt numb .

They left after sometime and I just tried to fall asleep .

I'd talk things out with Ivy tommorow . I don't know why she feels so insecure about Cora.

We aren't a thing anymore ,infact the both of us have never been .

I can't loose the life I have now ,for a woman who doesn't know what she wants.

" She can't stay here ! She's been nothing but a worthless piece of trash ! Mikoy screamed as he pushed me out of their house into the cold rain .

" Please ! I screamed crying as i tried to reach for my aunt .

" Mikoy Please ...don't do this she's only but a child please ! " Ain't cried and I screamed as I heard the sound of his punches and her muffled screams as I cried .

" Let her go Please ! Aunt ......! " I screamed 

" We've had enough of you and your troubles ,you're nothing but a liability to us ,you better leave ! He screamed and pushed aunt out as he closed the door.

Aunt ran over to me with blood stains on the corner of her lips.

" Are you okay baby ? She asked as she gathered me in her arms as we cried together.

" It's okay my sweetheart , don't tell anyone about this okay ... everything will be okay mikoy would kill us if anyone even gets a hint of what is happening " she warned and my eyes clouded in tears as I typed fast on the laptop.

Memories of the past clouded my mind and I stopped immediately as I screamed .

" Aaaaaaaaaaaa ! ....

" Aaaaaaaaaaaasssssssssssssssssssssss! I screamed as I stopped and rubbed my neck .

I strolled into the bathroom and switched on the shower while still on my clothes and as the cold water Hit my skin I burst out crying badly .

" It hurts.... it hurts so much .....it fvcking hurts so much " I said in between my tears .

" You're going to be fine Cora. ..... Crying is being Weak ..."

" No one should see your weakness , nothing should be your weakness " I thought and felt numb that instant .

" Hide wherever you are mikoy ... because when I finally get you ,I'd make sure you live to regret it every single minute you breath ." I said and closed my eyes as I sank into the bath tub .

The next morning I left early for a run in the estate.

I ran to the extreme end and when I got to the front of the mansion I stopped to drink from my water can .

I put on my Bluetooth as beads of Sweat rolled down from my head .

" Aunt Dolores" i said immediately I walked into the Mansion.

" Corazon " she and I could feel the Aura even from the phone.

" You moved to the De Luca estate again ? She asked disapprovingly.

I always knew she never liked the Deluca's ,but calling me back to back to complain about my life decisions was just something else .

" How is the business ? I asked and ran my fingers in my hair I bit my lower lip .

I felt a dark gaze on my skin as I made the call ,I turned again and that's when I saw Dylan's fiance .

Her eyes met with mine and I stared from her to the baby in her arms which smiled in my direction immediately.

The chubby kid was a splitting image of her mother but she had Dylan's eyes .

" Good morning " i said to her immediately I cut the call .

On a normal note ,I'm what people might call a snub because I don't vibe with a lot of people.

She stared at me with an annoyed look and I decided to let it slide .

I mean who would like someone who use to have something to do with her fiance.

I walked passed her and that's when she called my name .

" Cora " I heard my name and I froze.

Wait did she just call me ? Why ,what does she want from me .

I wondered as I turned .

" Can I have a word with you " she said and I gave a nod .

" Sure " I said and walked with her .

" I won't beat around the bush with this one " she began and I stared at her trying to imagine what this conversation was all about .

" Stay away from Dylan ,I don't care if I sound desperate right now. .but I've been with this man when you broke him recklessly and left him to die ...I satisfied his every need " she trailed .

" Why are we having this conversation ? I asked immediately .

" Because I'm not comfortable with you in this mansion ...I can't pretend to like you ... because you're definitely not my favorite person " she said and I bit my lower lip immediately.

An habit it mine that I did whenever I was having an over flow of emotions .

" I still don't get you Ivy ..." I said and she scoffed bitterly.

" I have a child with Dylan we are happy together ,so please I beg you to not come into the picture again ...all you do is hurt him ....." She spat .

" I'm not here for your man Ivy ...I don't know what gives you this restless feeling whenever you see me ...if I wanted Dylan I wouldn't do it in secret " i said and she stared at me in shock .

" But then again ...I don't want him ....you both have a child together...and I wouldn't want to be a third party ... " I said and she frowned .

" Stop acting all high and mighty. I know you're not a good person Cora " she snapped.

" Agreed " I said which ended up frustrating her the more .

" Leave this place immediately you're done with whatever brought you here in the first place ..." She trailed and walked away immediately.

I walked to my room as I opened my door ,my lips quivered as my chest squeezed in hurt .

I took a deep breath in and out as I stared at feet.

I don't need Dylan ...I gave him up after thinking out thoroughly ,I'd never be free as long as mikoy was out there and to top it all I can never bear him children.

He's gone through more than enough ,I shouldn't be adding to the list of those trouble.

He deserves enough happiness and Ivy has that .

An hour later I hurried to the Don's office . Immediately I got in I noticed Everyone sitted .

" I'm sorry I'm late " I said and walked over to my sit .

" Hey Cora " Yvonne smiled in my direction.

The Don dropped the documents on the table and both I and Dylan made to take the files together making our hands collide.

" I'm sorry " I muttered under my breath immediately and he ignored me as he took the file from the table.

My heart beat against my cheeks as I stared at him , he had his attention on the file .

He was clad in a black shirt that hugged him showing off his gorgeous body .

His hair was jelled backwards and he had his pink bottom lip in his mouth .

" Hhhrrrn " I heard Yvonne clear her voice besides me as I stared back at the empty Desk .

" So....." The Don trailed and with each word he said about the mission my eyes widened.
