Chapter 39: United Resolve: Seraphine and Kai's Stand

Kai: "Seraphine, despite our differences, I've come to admire you over this past month. If today is the day we meet our end, I want you to know that I want to face it alongside you."

Seraphine's cheeks flush slightly, and she returns Kai's sentiment.
