Second Round First Match ( Part 2).

I'm sorry for not posting any chapters last week as it was a mistake from my part. I had written it way back five days ago and had forgot to post it.

All this time, I thought I had posted it and only get to know that I haven't when someone in chapter comments section said that it has been like over a week since I posted.

I checked it and it was sitting there in draft, so that's why I haven't posted. Also I can't guarantee but I'll also post a short chapter tomorrow about 1.5k words. Now I'm out.

"Qualifiers second round, first match, officially begins."

The five simultaneous matches under way we're pronounced started at practically the same time.

Just as the official voice stopped, the seventy members of ten academies simultaneously released their spirits and spirit rings causing the entire Heaven Dou Great Spirit Arena to dazzlingly shine. The cheers of the spectators sitting in the audience also erupted at this moment.

Spirit possession, Tool spirit summoning. Beautiful spirit ring light filled the arena in an instant making a spectacular scene to watch for.

The seven member of the Elephant Armored Academy simultaneously released their spirit rings and possessed their spirits.

The originally already imposing bodies, swelled up once more with explosive show of strength. A layer of deep yellow keratin appeared over the skin, flickering with metalic luster. Making them seem even more durable.

In the VIP seats, platinum bishop Salas looked at the flesh mountain beside him. Hu Yan Zhen nodded at him, speaking in a low voice :

"Ah Li is the most outstanding disciple of my Elephant Armored Academy's young generation, my eldest grandson. His Innate talent is even a but better than mine. I'm hoping one day he'll become the first Titled Douluo from our Clan."

Hu Yan Zhen didn't try to conceal his voice and not only did it reach Salas but also to others in the first row, Emperor Xue Ye, Ning Fenghzi and Gu Rong.

"With such a grandson, Elephant Armored Clans future looks bright."

"Your majesty praise is too much, for now let's look at Ah Li performance. This time our Elephant Armored Academy is aiming for the top three in..."

Just as he wanted to say something, his expression froze in shock and not only him but everyone else too. From the VIP section to watching spectators as even the other competing teams also looked toward the Shrek Academy stage.

Hu Yan Zhen looked shocked at Salas only to find the latter expression was equally stunned.

In the last match, Shrek Academy revealing two fortieth ranked spirit masters had already shocked everyone enormously and in this fight they actually added two more making it a total of four fortieth ranked spirit masters present on the stage. Not to mention one of the previous fortieth ranked spirit master wasn't even present on this stage. So adding the previous spirit master the Shrek Academy had revealed a total of 5 fortieth ranked spirit masters.

In other words, they had not only concealed their strength in the first match but they also hadn't brought out their full force to face Elephant Armored Academy.

Very clearly, their estimation of this academy's strength had been seriously wrong. And to add to everyone's shock, the Shrek Academy had once again brought out something everyone had thought to be inconceivable as everyone eyes focused on a single member of the Shrek Academy.

Once can be luck, twice can be luck but thrice is just pure absurdness.

The cause of everyone's shock was a shining black spirit ring floating, releasing an unfathomable pressure, seeking everyone's attention. It was not the one Tang San released as they have already seen it previously.

The one who released the other black ring beside Tang San is none other than a cold beauty standing at the corner of the formation of the Shrek Academy.

It was Zhu Zhuqing who released her ten thousand years old black spirit ring in full glory for the first time. She was standing there nonchalantly, looking at Elephant Armored Academy with cold eyes releasing a terrifying chill and pressure.

Emperor Xue Ye asked Ning Fenghzi at his side :

"School master Ning, you're quite familiar with this Shrek Academy, do you know who the academy's Dean is? I'm rather curious to know as to just what person could raise such heaven defying disciples."

Ning Fenghzi who was also taken aback at this development jerked from his thoughts and smiled, saying :

"Your majesty, Shrek Academy's Dean is called Flender. Perhaps you haven't heard this name but you must have heard about the triple nova that shone brilliantly in the Spirit Master world with their spirit fusion ability twenty years ago. They were called the Golden Iron Triangle. Dean Flender was the flying corner of the Golden Iron Triangle. The current Shrek Academy is founded by the three of them and these children should be under the care of the wisdom corner, Grandmaster. The most outstanding of them whom I've known is Tang brothers, Grandmaster's only disciples but looks like they aren't the only ones."

Ning Fenghzi looked at Zhu Zhuqing with keen eyes as he hadn't given her too much attention previously.

"Grandmaster?"

Emperor Xue Ye didn't have any impression as he heard the name but the same can't be said about Salas as his expression changed enormously. Even so much that he immediately stated a few low sentences to Heaven Elephant Hu Yan Zhen next to him.

"Why would it be him? Why him?" murmured Salas.

This time even Ning Fenghzi felt a little baffled and couldn't help himself from asking :

"Bishop Salas, do you know Grandmaster?"

Salas seeing his mistake immediately returned to his indifferent expression :

"Who hasn't heard of the Golden Iron Triangle. Isn't this Grandmaster reputed as unparalleled in theory? His relationship with our Spirit Hall isn't common. I didn't expect he would end up in an academy. No wonder he could cultivate such outstanding disciples."

Ning Fenghzi was left dumbfounded as he stared blankly for a moment. He understood the character of this Salas very well, not only was this person obstinate and self opinionated but also petty and small minded. But now he unexpectedly praised Grandmaster, and further had an anxious expression. His senses honed for decades told him that something is definitely secret here.

"Since the two of you both think so highly of this Grandmaster, then he really seems to be a great person. We would like to experience his elegant manners but for now, let's watch the ongoing competition."

Tang Ming at this time was sitting in a first row spectators seat and was watching everything going on.

'Sheesh! These guys are so heavy and big, how in the fuck will they ever be able to fuçk any girl of natural stature. Or maybe their clans female also are buffed up like them.'

'Well that's aside they do have the qualifications to boast about their martial spirit defensive power. They might be able to took a few punches from me.'

'Tang San should be using the same flying strategy he used originally but this time Zhuqing and Mubai aren't a couple, so they would not be able to perform the spirit fusion ability..... Mubai wouldn't have suggested it to Tang San, right?'

But as the match continue to play out his expression slowly started becoming ugly as this was going the same way it was in original.

'That weasel..I swear if he even looked at her with affection, I would pummel him for the next two weeks.'

Tang Ming was glaring so hard at Dai Mubai that the latter even felt a cold shiver ran down his spine but he couldn't find the reason for that.

They continued to fight as Tang San used Oscar's flying sausage as they aren't able to break their defense no matter what. Tang San immediately soared in the air as he controlled his BS Grass to attach it to everyone's else waist, making them all fly.

Tang San suddenly soaring up immediately brought up an outcry from the audience. Although there were a few spirit masters with flight capabilities in the qualifiers, there had been no instances where the whole seven man team was brought up in the air.

In the VIP seats, emperor Xue Ye also looked surprised :

"Does Tang San actually has flight capability as well?"

"I'd say this isn't his ability but rather that auxiliary system spirit master's. I don't believe they changed to an auxiliary system spirit master for nothing."

Ning Fenghzi said after pondering for a few seconds.

Suddenly seeing their seven opponents all flying into the air, made the Elephant Armored Academy seven members who were pressing forward domineeringly, stare blankly.

They haven't expected such a situation on the stage. Just as Grandmaster had stated, their strength and defense are unmatched on the equal level but that came at the expense of speed.

So seeing all the opponents in the air immediately broke their rhythm.

Tang San then continued to use guerrilla warfare as he checked all the things about the seven members of Elephant Armored Academy. He used his BS Grass to bind all the opponents as he counted in his mind.

One, two, three, four, five. At exactly five seconds the three fourtieth ranked team members on the opposite side managed to struggle free of the Blue Silver Grass binding. The most powerful Hu Yan Li, even more needed only four seconds and all the other four who hadn't reached fourtieth rank, all needed more than seven seconds to break free.

Oscar who at this moment was on the back of Tang swiftly stuffed his mushroom sausage in Tang San's mouth, simultaneously readying a big recovery sausage.

Tang San looked like as he was contemplating something as he suddenly shouted :

"Twenty seconds, we need to defeat Hu Yan Li."

With the massive bodies of the seven Elephant Armored Academy students standing there, they made practically ideal targets. Blue Silver Grass twisted, bundling around them, binding them within once more.

At the same moment, the five led by Dai Mubai landed swiftly and under the effect of Tang San skillfully using his Controlling Crane Catching Dragon technique, pounced at Huyan Li.

Hu Yan Li seeing this only snorted disdainfully as he looked at Tang San with mockery visible in his eyes.

'Want to defeat me in just twenty seconds, it's not so easy.'

But before he can rejoice and mock Tang San anymore Tang San suddenly released his fourth black spirit ring as he shouted.

"Fourth Spirit Skill [Blue Silver Prison]!"

They only saw Tang San's wrist move and suddenly out of nowhere red coloured cages made of Blue Silver Grass appeared and trapped everyone else but the captain at the front.

Before they can even come to terms with this sudden development, they saw the captain of the Shrek Academy jump in the air.

Dai Mubai jumped in the air as he got in position and shouted :

"Fourth Spirit Skill [White Tiger Meteor Shower]!"

"Wait! what?!.."

Seeing this scene, Hu Yan Li who was filled with arrogance and confidence just a few moments ago, looked stunned.

'What the hell?! Where was the big fight he was looking forward to? Why were they so cruel to suddenly cast big move one after another?'

He hastily deployed his defensive spirit ability as he tried to resist the incoming attack only to be sent flying out a few metres back throwing a mouthful of blood, signifying that he wasn't able to fully defend against Mubai's move and was gravely injured.

'Boom!'

'Boom!'

Even though the Elephant Armored Academy inherent Diamond Mammoth is a top tier defensive martial spirit, but so is White Tiger in offensive. It's a heated debate between the spirit master world to who is the strongest offensive beast spirit between White Tiger spirit of Royal family of Star Luo and Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan martial spirit.

If in one on one between Hu Yan Li and Dai Mubai, the former can only stand there with his thick defense as the later will endlessly blast him with attacks.

"Sectmaster Hu Yan Zhen, it seems that your grandson situation is not good."

Emperor Xue Ye suddenly stated as a slight look of worry flashed in his eyes.

"Hmph! The White Tiger brat used the fourth spirit ability as soon as he attacked. When his spirit power was exhausted, I would like to see him able to contend with our Elephant Armored Academy, at that time we will win."

Hu Yan Zhen said with slight smile as if he can see the future outcome of the fight.

Hu Yan Zhen is also an experienced person, how can he not see the situation. He looked really mad at Hu Yan Li.

' Ah'Li you dumb brat! Diamond Mammoth is known as the strongest defensive martial spirit and now you're getting yourself beaten. Are you not going to leave some face for this old man.'

Before Huyan Li can even stand up, Dai Mubai suddenly appeared right in front of his sorry figure as he grabbed Huyan Li by his hair and in a swift motion threw him in the air with full force as out of nowhere a pink light flashed and Xiao Wu appeared right under the flying Huyan Li.

Xiao Wu was waiting for this moment as when she saw Dai Mubai throwing Hu Yan Li into the air, she immediately teleported right beneath him as she started using her own technique that even Dai Mubai feared.

Using the combination of her teleportation ability with her own technique made it a terrifying combo as she began her [Eight Stage Drop].

For the next few seconds, Hu Yan Li didn't even knew what hit him as he was constantly sent flying everywhere around the arena.

As her combo was coming to an end, Xiao Wu suddenly kicked him back into the air with a kick right to his crotch, which made every male present in the arena to subconsciously clench their legs.

Hu Yan Li looked like as might just lose his consciousness any second now. But as he thought that this was the end he subconsciously resisted getting fainted.

But as if luck would have it, he suddenly saw a purple light rapidly running around the corner of the arena, only to hear a cold voice :

"Fourth Spirit Skill [Nightmare Clones]!"

Suddenly four figures appeared in the stage as they all launched themselves in tha air as once again a cold detached voice can be heard.

"Second Spirit Skill [Hell Hundred Claws]!"

This was the last thing Hu Yan Li heard before he was assaulted with countless bone piercing claws as he fainted, either because of the pain or the humiliation.

"You dare!!..."

Hu Yan Zhen suddenly stood up from his chair as he shouted. His hands holding the armrest of the chair creaked.

Everyone in the VIP seats looked at this as Ning Fenghzi said something to Gu Rong as the latter stood up.

But before he can continue, Immortals Love Elder Lin Peng suddenly flared his Titled Douluo spirit aura as he said in a cold and indifferent tone.

"Sovereign Hu Yan Zhen, SIT DOWN! It's a competition and no outside interference can be tolerated as I've already let go a few times already and any more, will be very harmful to your health."

Elder Lin Peng said in an authoriative voice as he glanced toward Platinum Bishop Salas who only snorted and turned his head away.

Just at this moment, the rest of the members came back to their senses and immediately blasted apart the Blue Silver Prison as they tried to fight back.

The two fourtieth ranked spirit masters immediately rushed toward Zhu Zhuqing with their fist raised, who at this time was in the mid air unable to dodge.

Zhu Zhuqing looked at the two members who were looking as if they might tear her apart right now, still looked calm.

Before they can even reach Zhu Zhuqing, two Blue Silver Vines snaked their way to their feets as they both stumbled for a second only to see a pink light flas as Xiao Wu appeared beside Zhu Zhuqing and the next second they both disappeared from their place as they reunited back with their whole team.

Tang San who was in the air breathed a sigh of relief as he slowly loosened himself and descended to the ground from air. The Shrek Academy team immediately stood in their usual performance as they all had smiles on their faces right opposite of what the Elephant Armored Academy team members were expressing.

Tang San then again used his BS Grass to latch it around everyone's waist as they all once again rushed toward the Elephant Armored Academy who also madly rushed toward them and engaged in a gust fight.

Dai Mubai faced one of the two fourtieth ranked spirit masters by himself, Tang San also faced the other fourtieth ranked spirit masters as the other faced the other four members of Elephant Armored Academy.

Even though the result were already out the remaining six members put up quite a good fight. If not because of having a slight advantage in number and having two more fourtieth ranked spirit masters in their team, it would have been quite difficult for Shrek to win.

'Bang!'

Sounded as all the members of Elephant Armored Academy were sent flying out of the arena one after another. .
