Samuel continued to read the list, It continued to describe many Two star and one Star forces.

''Interesting. If I can control these territories wouldn't it be a massive increase in my population?''

Samuel was instantly interested. There were hundreds if not thousands of weak forces spread throughout the area he described.

The population available was definitely in the billions.

Of course it wouldn't be easy to take down all the forces. Although their top combat power might be below Middle Rank 3, there are definitely a lot of warriors and strong fighters if it is all combined.

Not to mention many of the forces are under the jurisdiction of other strong powers or are sheltered by strong warriors.

This makes them basically untouchable to Samuel.

Although he was brave enough to take a Plane off of the Simpson Family, that was just one of hundreds of sons from a man on one of the furthest reaches of the family!

Even if he went back to report it, nothing happened. Because he was just an inconspicuous ant within the Family who hadn't achieved much despite having hundreds of years to develop a Plane.

But if he was to wipe out these forces of millions of people that rely on these forces, then it would definitely provoke people Samuel can't compete with.

''There are still plenty of forces I can compete with though.''

Samuel stared at the list. And quite a few caught his attention.

The number of warriors he controls are tens of millions already. Although a majority are Rank 1, it is more than enough to deal with a few Two star and one Star forces.

Especially since Samuel has quite a few thousand Rank 2 Warriors anyway.

With that in mind, Samuel focused on the Two Star Forces with the highest population that he could actually occupy..

{Candle Pillar Immigrants- A group of Low-Level Species Harpies that escaped from a Tyrant's rule and settled in the Pillar Mountains. Estimated Population, 10,000,000. Strongest Combat Power, High Rank 2.

Abhorrent Mixers- A mixture of various Low-Level races that joined together to protect themselves from predators. Estimated Population, 7,500,000. Strongest Combat Power, Middle Rank 2

Marginalised Bandits- A small bandit camp that often kidnap slaves to increase their population. A majority of them are humans with many Low-Level cross breeds. Estimated Population, 5,000,000. Strongest Combat Power, Middle Rank 2

Misplaced Wanderers- A group of weak mortals and warriors that escaped from various places and wander around the Eternal Battlefield attempting to survive. Estimated Population, 200,000. Strongest Combat Power, High Rank 1.}

Samuel paid a lot of attention to these forces. Some of the situated ones had large populations while others had smaller groups but would be easier to capture.

Samuel immediately called to a concubine Maid beside him.

Quickly Lily arrived and bowed towards Samuel.

''Get up. I want you to decide upon 40 of your siblings to lead an assault this time. They will receive 10% of the population of the forces they occupy so decide carefully.''

Samuel lay haphazardly as Lily rushed out.

As soon as she left the room, she called together her 18 closest confidants. And rushed to decide upon who will partake in this mission.

This is a big reward. It isn't easy to find populations that can be occupied. And a lot of things can be done when there are enough people.

After all a high Population is the cornerstone to a strong force. Things like growing food, or manufacturing basic necessities need a lot of people to produce.

Of course if the population can be warriors that would be better, but having a large moving population of warriors is something that Samuel is far from reaching.

Quickly a large meeting commenced.

In the end Lily decided on 40 people. She didn't choose aIncluding the ones thatnyone that could potentially compete with her when it comes to the position of Heir. It directly ruled out Owen, Arnold and SItu.

As well as a few of the more prevalent children.

In the end, Lily selected Dansir, Shamus and in an attempt to create an alliance with Leslie, she chose Maze and Gunter.

With a few other children, the forty children were selected and divided into pairs.

Samuel had selected twenty Two Star Forces and high population First Star forces to occupy this time.

There were a lot of moving pieces this time. Taking on 20 forces spread across a large terrain isn't easy. It isn't going to be as simple as killing the warrior and occupying the territories.

Take the Candle Pillar Immigrants as an example. Its population is divided between 7 different large land pillars.
