Chapter 332

Unfortunately he hasn't got a good target in mind. Recently he has had too much trouble on BlueStar. Although he has distributed his actions in a far manner, it doesn't stop him looking suspicious.

After all, the Government has many channels and is extremely powerful. Samuel could barely compete with one City Lord's Mansion in FieldView City let alone the Government itself.

So Samuel felt it was better to locate a new opponent on the Eternal Battlefield. After all there are many native tribes, forces and groups that exist on certain Planes or just on the battlefield itself.

Thinking of this, Samuel quickly arrived at a large pagoda in Alchemy City.

It was three floors high with ceramic tiles lining the roof Samuel saw dozens of people walking in and out.

He raised his hand and placed a Golden Mask on his face, matching the rest of the visitors and walked in.

''Welcome Guest how can I help you?''

As soon as he entered a short figure dressed in a black robe and wolf mask walked up to him. The large chest clearly indicated that it was a woman.

''I want information about forces near me.''

Samuel reported his reason for visiting and was taken to a small compartment on the first floor.

When he entered he saw a grated wall between him and another room, much like a church's confession booth.

''What are you here for?''

A deep voice came from behind the grate.

''I want information about the local forces based around these coordinates.''

Samuel slowly pushed a slip of paper between the grates. It held multiple coordinates of areas near his planes. Of course he didn't report his direct location, if he did he was sure it would be sold to another person.

''100,000 Spiritual Crystals for forces Three Stars and below/.''

''1,000,000 Spiritual Crystals for Four Star forces.''

Hearing the prices, Samuel winced slightly. But he handed a cloth bag through the grates honestly. Containing 100,000 Spiritual Crystals, the entire Spiritual Crystals profit from the recent war with the HiveTriad.

''Give us three days we will have what you want.''

The Deep voice rang out once more and a heavy metal barrier fell down between the Grate.

Samuel left and arrived quickly at a nearby slave market. Having experienced the sweetness of purchasing a group of Heroines last time he was here he wanted to try his luck.

Unfortunately the most he bought were some beauties. But one man caught his attention.

''What's your name?''

''Tate.''

Samuel stared at the seven foot muscular figure within the cage. Each of his arms were bound with tough metal chains and he had a large lock placed around his neck.

Samuel had his attention drawn by this man, because he had read the information about this man. Apparently he used to be a General in a Small Scale Empire. His own combat power was Middle Rank 3, the strongest combat power in the Empire.

After a bit of questioning Samuel learnt about how a figure like him could appear here.

Apparently their Empire birthed a talented and lucky descendant. He grew like a rocket and the Empire rose alongside him.

But when the Descendant became a High Rank 3 Warrior he found an old kingdom's inheritance earning a Legion Array.

Like the Life-Sharing Array owned by the SImpson Family, the Legion Array's aren't things that small forces could ask for normally.

So after the Empire learnt the Array, of course their strength skyrocketed. They grew like weeds spreading their empire far and destroying many rival forces.

Unfortunately they drew the greedy eyes of powerful forces. After all every Legion Array, regardless of the effect is highly vied for.

Based on the General's limited knowledge of the accident, a strong man from an unknown force appeared and wiped out the entire empire including that golden descendant!

Only the General and a small army survived when they were sent off to attack a nearby group of bandits.

''Do you remember the Array?''

Samuel spoke curiously. This was the reason why he valued the man in front of him so much. If he can get someone to train his army with another Array it would be a massive win.

And as expected, the General nodded.

''Excellent!''

Samuel spoke and immediately spent 120,000 Spiritual Crystals on this man. Not only gaining a Middle Rank 3 Warrior but also a general with an Array in his head.

Definitely worth the massive price!

''Master, the Array is quite low quality. However it has the ability of speeding up the practise speed for a legion when they practise together.''

''Based on the books that we excavated from the inheritance, it was used by the Kingdoms lowest level warriors that were reserve forces. But with it we managed to wipe out the nearby forces.''

Samuel nodded listening to what the General said. Although he hasn't been made completely loyal yet, the Slave Contract was enough to get these basic instructions from them.

The Mortal Practising Array, as it was aptly named, was extremely useful for Samuel.

Based on what the General said, it is only useful for Rank 1 Warriors, but it can double their practise speed as long as enough soldiers are near each other practising!

This is an absolutely incredible effect when it comes to raising low level combat power.

Samuel instantly provided the General with 10,000 Low Rank 1 Dogs of War. Most of which are below 30 years old and were recently born.

He wanted to ensure that the Formation did have the correct affect and no side-effects before he taught it on a large scale.

Three Days later Samuel returned to the large pagoda and entered a familiar compartment.

''Here's the information. Please come back again.''

The deep voice sounded and a small jade tablet was pushed through the grate.

Creation is hard, cheer me up!
