Chapter 432: The Incarnation of a Deity

As the shrunk Dwarven Elf city fell into Muria's semi-controlled demi-plane, its binding runes instantly shattered. The city expanded back to its original size, settling into a section of the demi-plane that Muria had yet to fully control.

"What am I supposed to do with all these Dwarven Elves?" Muria's psychic senses extended, observing the panicked dark elves within the city. He looked at the Golden Dragon Mother with a displeased expression.

Two hundred thousand Dwarven Elves were not just some trivial number of wild boars; even the weakest among them possessed the strength of at least a Bronze Tier, with several reaching the level of Soul Intent. These corrupted elves, now stunned by their sudden relocation, huddled within the city, afraid to move.

But what would happen when they adapted to their new circumstances and began to stir? That would be as troublesome as two hundred thousand wild boars rampaging, not to mention that these were two hundred thousand cunning Dwarven Elves adept in scheming.

"They're in your demi-plane now, so you can handle them however you please. If they're a nuisance, you can wipe them all out," Atlis the Golden Dragon Mother said nonchalantly.

Indeed, while golden dragons were benevolent creatures, benevolence did not mean naivety. Against evil beings, they knew no mercy, only eradication.

"Wipe them all out?" Muria's mouth twitched. Naturally, he had no intention of such extreme measures. Committing a massacre was too brutal a decision for his current temperament.

Though they were Dwarven Elves, they were still sentient beings. More importantly, they posed no threat to him at this moment, so he had no immediate plans to turn on them.

"For now, I'll suppress them with force, execute the most rebellious few, and elevate the compliant ones to lead. Yes, that should work for now," Muria thought to himself as he devised a strategy to manage this unwelcome gift from the Golden Dragon Mother.

With a plan forming, Muria issued orders to the green dragon Fiona, who was stationed in the mage tower within the demi-plane, instructing her to suppress the elf city and prevent any disturbances that could upset the order of his realm.

Currently, Muria's demi-plane was already home to many humans, primarily geniuses in various support professions whom he had forcibly recruited from the Kingdom of Lockman.

They resided in the central mage tower, where array masters and rune specialists worked on repairing the tower, while weapon smiths and alchemists used materials provided by Muria to tirelessly produce weapons and potions, essential supplies for war.

Their families lived in the unfinished floating cities surrounding the mage tower, occupying a middle tier within the demi-plane's societal structure.

The lowest tier was occupied by criminals Muria had captured from the continent of Osniro, tasked with clearing land, farming, and building—repaying their past sins through lifelong labor and rehabilitation.

"What use do I have for these Dwarven Elves?" Muria pondered, considering using them as fodder for warfare or simply as laborers for weapon manufacturing. "Moreover, it's doubtful these fallen elves would willingly follow the orders of a golden dragon like me."

"You've even tamed chromatic dragons, and now you're fretting about how to command a bunch of dark elves in front of me?" Atlis tugged at Muria's cheek, annoyed.

"Using force to subdue them is easy, but how can I make them willingly obey me?" Muria asked.

"Just turn them back into forest elves."

"You haven't even started your research yet."

"Then keep these Dwarven Elves for now. My research will succeed, just wait. Eventually, you'll have two hundred thousand forest elves. Think about how exciting that will be."

"Who knows how many centuries you'll need to achieve results." Muria rolled his eyes unappreciatively.

"Enough talk, open the demi-plane." Atlis, dragging Muria along, arrived above the twenty-first elf city.

"Again?" Muria looked at the spirit city being lifted once more by the Golden Dragon Mother, his face showing resistance. While he was happy to receive the cities, the additional burden of so many elves was becoming troublesome.

"...It's already full, Mother." After opening the demi-plane portal a third time to place the shrunken elf city inside, Muria spoke with some resignation.

His demi-plane had existed for ten thousand years, naturally growing larger than those of typical legendary mages. Yet, even so, after placing three elf cities, there was no more room for a fourth, especially with other residents already living there.

"This is all it can hold? That's disappointing, little Muria. Your demi-plane is too small. It's a good opportunity to merge with a few demi-planes and expand. With such a small demi-plane, how many legions can it support?" Atl

is shook her head, expressing her thoughts.

"Hmm." Muria nodded, accepting that his father's upcoming visit might bring a chance to expand his realm anew.

"Ah," suddenly, Atlis's expression changed, and she turned to Muria. "Have you ever seen a deity's incarnation fight?"

"No," Muria honestly shook his head.

"Well, you're about to see one. That giant spider has sent down her incarnation. Ansol has informed me to take you to watch the battle!"

"The Spider Queen Rose!" Muria's eyes lit up with excitement just before Atlis pulled him through space once more.

"Hiss!" "Roar!" "Ah!"... The chaotic noises of the battlefield filled Muria's ears once again—the dragon's roars, the giants' bellows, the Dwarven Elves' death cries... Muria ignored all these, focusing on the center of the battlefield.

A titan, wrapped in golden thunder, wielding an axe-spear, stood opposed to a gigantic half-spider, half-human creature, no smaller than himself.

"Is that the Spider Queen Rose's incarnation?" Muria muttered to himself, recognizing the vaguely familiar face on the humanoid upper half of the monstrous creature and feeling the oppressive aura that even he found stifling.

"Roar!" Eric raised his axe-spear, bringing down thunderous might upon Queen Dillira, now a puppet under control.

"Titan!" Compared to the excited Eric, the Spider Queen Rose, her face twisted in anger, lashed out with her snake-headed whip towards Eric. She had done nothing to deserve such a deadly attack, and who wouldn't be furious in her place?
