However, Simba presented a challenge - excessive energy absorption led to rapid growth, towering close to 7 feet in height. This monstrous appearance risked alarming anyone who encountered it. After numerous experiments, Ivan devised a solution, a rune circle was employed to enact a constant reduction spell, maintaining Simba at a more acceptable height of 2 feet. Although still larger than an average dog, it no longer resembled a mutant monster.

Ivan desired to shrink Simba further, but the dog's heightened magical resistance, gained from increased strength, made further reduction a daunting task even for Ivan.

Finally, Tina came into the picture. While initially considering assigning a mutant as Tina's bodyguard, Ivan ultimately abandoned the idea. This decision wasn't a disregard for Tina's safety but rather a realization that it was unnecessary.

Tina may appear as an attractive and seemingly delicate woman on the surface, often complying with Ivan's directives, suggesting a submissive demeanor. However, underestimating her based on this facade would be a grave error.

To ensure the production of the most exquisite wine, Ivan not only recreated the optimal grape growth environment in his ecological garden but also modified groundwater veins. He designed a unique environment capable of generating a form of active water, drawing it from a depth of 10,000 meters to irrigate the grapes.

Inspired by the underground environment of Yinlong Mountain in China, Ivan's creation of sacred water differed significantly, yet proved highly effective in cultivating grapes of extraordinary quality.

Ivan christened this exceptional wine the "Elixir of Life," promoting it with the claim that it could prolong life. This wasn't mere marketing hyperbole; the wine genuinely had beautifying and life-extending effects. After Ivan enlisted Kerry to manage exclusive distribution channels, the Elixir of Life wine captured the interest of wealthy individuals worldwide. In a remarkable auction event, a single bottle of the Elixir of Life was sold for a staggering $10 million.

Upon learning about the exorbitant price of the Elixir of Life wine, Tina was so astonished that she accidentally dropped a bottle. Having consumed the wine several times herself, totaling seven or eight bottles, the realization that each bottle cost seven to eight million dollars left her sighing. Tina marveled at the extravagance of the wealthy, reflecting on their willingness to spend exorbitant sums for a single bottle of wine.

Ivan, however, took it in stride. Recognizing that for the affluent, the wine symbolized more than a beverage—it represented identity and status.

From the outset, Ivan intended to embrace an ordinary life and didn't bring much money when he acquired the farm. He had no plans to return for withdrawals. Initially lacking confidence due to limited funds, the sale of the first batch of wine turned Ivan into a millionaire, restoring his financial confidence.

His priority was securing the best education for his son, Kyle. While Ivan didn't expect Kyle to gain much academically, given his enhancements through the CPH4 injection, he believed the exposure to other children and knowledge in school would be beneficial.

Clark, being too young, stayed at home under Tina's care. Over time, Clark's abilities emerged. Despite being less than a year old, he displayed strength surpassing that of adults, easily lifting tables with a single hand. Clark's ears also exhibited heightened sensitivity, easily disturbed during sleep. To address this, Ivan constructed a completely soundproof room for him to ensure peaceful nights. During the day, efforts were made to expose him to noise and the environment, fostering adaptation.

One day, while sipping the Elixir of Life wine, Ivan received an unexpected communication from the Red Queen. She informed him of an incident involving Logan, prompting Ivan to brace for potential complications.

"Logan?" Ivan suddenly shuddered, opened his eyes, checked the time on his left wrist, and declared with seriousness, "Report immediately."

A light screen promptly appeared above the watch, revealing a scene: Logan peacefully sleeping with a young woman on the floor.

Upon seeing the image, Ivan quickly grasped the situation—it was the location where Wolverine had crossed over from the future.

At this moment, Logan worked as a bodyguard for a wealthy man's daughter, but it was evident that Logan had taken the protection duties to a different level. Despite his advanced age, Uncle Wolf maintained a youthful spirit, aided by his remarkable healing abilities. 

Soon, Logan woke up, expressing his incredulity about being back. Subsequently, other bodyguards of the wealthy man stormed in, questioning Logan. Logan responded that the one who slept with the boss's daughter was his future self, not his present one.

Predictably, the other bodyguards dismissed Logan's explanation as a feeble excuse. A fierce battle ensued, with Logan emerging victorious, leaving confidently, and even borrowing a car from someone else.

Observing the scene, a smile formed on Ivan's face—the saga of Days of Future Past had indeed begun.
