Salvatore on the other hand is not aware of this and he lives he's day to day life normal helping his sick mother who's diagnosed with cancer and a father he never knew, but that doesn't stop him, He would do anything in he is power to make his mother fine and make her happy. Everything was going well for him until he found his girlfriend cheating on him with his best friend and she broke up with him right there.
