Chapter 9 - Threaten

All of the people around was in shocked after hearing Zaekryl's annoucement, Many eyes was on him and all of the arrows, a the magical rope that entangled his neck keeps tightening, however, Zaekryl never showed a loser face, he didn't feel decapitated nor pain on his neck, he just laid his eyes on the king and no one else.

Ignoring all of the people around, he didn't resist, the rope is still tightening, not long after the magical rope turned black and loosened up as it slowly turned into a viper and alarmed the guards.

"What did you do!"

He remained silent and continuously glared with his cold blooded eyes to the king. The king's legs starts to trembled as he do not know the exact reason why. He commanded all the archers to release their arrows that are directly aimed at Zaekryl to kill him without a second thought.

Without anyones noticed, people's eyes including the king's were all at Zaekryl, cursing and throwing garbage at him, But before all 100 things reaches Zaekryl, It was all cleanly cut in half in the midair all of the sudden, and dropped unto the ground.

Everyone was shocked as all the arrows and things that were thrown didn't reach Zaekryl not even one.

"HAHAHA"

Zaekryl let out a hard laugh while everyone stayed silent.

He raised his chin and lookes down at them. He has been staring at the king's eyes for almost five minutes since, and without blinking even once.

The king's hands and legs starts to shake and blade cuts starts to appear all over his body since the effect of the cursed eyes can ripped the targets clothes together with the cuts, Thus the king was ripped naked, the cuts on his body suddenly opened and black worms started to grow bigger inside and is getting out of the cuts. While his head turned red and blood comes spills from both his ears and eyes as he keeps screaming in agony Zaekryl laughs and shouted, "You deserved it!"

The Evergreen palace became a chaos since 75th king died.

Zaekryl turned back time from ten days ago when Xanflord first followed them the moment he went outside the forest.

He didn't tell Yan nor Ki-rie about it and followed Xanflord and his men towards the northern part of the continent, the Evergreen kingdom and met up with the king to showed him a clip of the future.

Opposing the Dark Lord will lead your future into a chaos, causing a war between races and turning the world upside down.

"Ciao! King Dog!"

Zaekryl attached a promise curse on King Dog so that he can't escape within his reach. "Telling others other than yourself about this confidential information will lead to the disappearance of the Evergreen kingdom in the world without a trace. Don't even think that I can't do that since you already saw what's going to happened to the future" Zaekryl threatened him with that.

"So that's the Dark Lord, how terrifying" King Dog thought, as he sipped a cup of flower tea.

Going back to the time when Yan, Ki-rie and Zaekryl was traveling towards the Southern part of the country of humans, on the wide Greenland Valley, "Midori" they took a break and camped outside, setting up a camp tent, Ki-rie and Yan ate some edible mushrooms they picked on the way while the exhausted Zaekryl went to rest his mind inside the tent.

"YanYan! Did something bad happened to Zaekryl?" Ki-rie asked as she crunch on some hot pipe mushroom they cooked on the fire wood they set up along with the tent.

"Well, I don't know... that dead corpse is probably exhausted or something..." Yan arrogantly answered.

'Uwah- An arrogant personality 'yano' Now that I noticed it Zaekryl niichan's magical device called phone just rang not a while ago.' Ki-rie thought to herself.

After they had their little feast on some wild edible mushrooms, Yan or 'Yano' pit Ki-rie to sleep, while he stays awake on watch.

Dawn breaks and Yan was found by Zaekryl sleeping on the ground.

"I thought you stayed awake to watch the surroundings and give minutes after you feel asleep right on the spot." Zaekryl lazily spoke, poking on Yan's sleeping face, as he murmured, "Stop it..."

After they had breakfast they immediately departs and continued their journey to the south. while they are at it, Yan asked Zaekryl about why does he looked very sleepy for the past few days.

"Nothing special, I just threatened someone..." Zaekryl responded, keeping a pace of a toddlers speed.

"I can't believe you really can do that Zaekryl niichan..." Ki-rie said, she walks faster than Zaekryl.

Yan was walking on the lead since Zaekryl has no sense of direction and Ki-rie is still a child so he had to carry the burden.

Thus Zaekryl had solved his first big problem in 50 years of self imprisonment.
