Dominique lay on the back of his familiar, staring straight up in a daze as the flying whale cut through the skies at a breakneck pace.
He was waiting for any sign that the mark gave him to tell him that he was getting closer to his boss.
It was lucky for the inhabitants down below that they were flying above the clouds, so there weren't any cases that caused unnecessary panic amongst the masses.
Rather, Dominique couldn't be bothered about people that would intercept them if they thought that Sircela was a threat, or a creature that was flying uninhabited. Not when he was still so far from his boss.
So, he just made do with flying discreetly.
Beside him, his boss' familiars were also stretched out, squinting their eyes in contentedness as they basked in the sunlight.
The sun was warm up here, and Sircela had control over the winds, which meant that they didn't have to worry about the cold air.
