Time flew by, and two days passed in the blink of an eye.

Like the last three days, Fang Yuan arrived at the examination venue before sunrise and hoped the day would be his name call.

As the sun appeared in sight, rays of light cleared through the stars in the sky. The streetlights began to dim automatically, one by one.

Duan Chengqiu appeared out of nowhere in the center and without wasting any time took out his mobile device. As he had been doing, he called out the first name for the day.

"Fang Yuan, come forward!"

Fang Yuan was silently waiting for his turn when suddenly his name was called. The next moment, an excited expression appeared on his face, and he immediately rushed toward the center.

"Hello, senior!"

Fang Yuan respectfully greeted Duan Chengqiu and walked inside the device. He looked curiously at the energy pillars.

He didn't try to touch them since he knew they weren't material. He then walked to the circular device placed on the ground and stepped on its center.

The next moment, a projection containing his personal details appeared before him.

The data didn't include anything other than his immediate family and his house address, so he breathed a sigh of relief. He didn't want to see 'student of the gym' on his result card after the end of the round.

Fang Yuan then tapped on the box, and immediately the projection disappeared. The next moment, a wave of energy rushed through his body. He felt uncomfortable, but fortunately, things returned to calm not long after.

Immediately his focus was attracted to the newly emerging projection. Once it had fully appeared, a look of shock and excitement appeared on his face.

According to the data, the element of wood had the highest elemental value in the graph. It was set at 48 but was slightly higher than that.

Fang Yuan never thought that his elemental value would reach that number. The last time he checked his spiritual root was around a year ago, and its value was less than 20.

Other than wood, the element of earth had the highest elemental value, and it was 16, while the combined sum of the remaining three primary elements of metal, fire, and water was less than 20.

There was also the sixth color on the graph. It didn't refer to any specific element but any element other than the primary five chinese elements.

If someone looked clearly, they would see some fluctuation on the graph, but the elemental value seemed to be short of touching the value of 1, so it seemed invisible.

Fang Yuan didn't need to think much about the reason behind such growth in the element of wood while there was no change in the other four elements. It all can be attributed to Mutou World.

Duan Chengqiu looked at Fang Yuan's result and then returned his focus to the testing. There were many students with 48 and 49 elemental values.

Since Fang Yuan had finally completed the first round, he wouldn't have to come from the next day.

There would be a break of a day between the first and second rounds, and then the second round would begin at the same place.

After Fang Yuan completed his testing, his family also left their seating area with expressions of anxiety evident in their eyes.

They met Fang Yuan on the street near the square, and when they saw the wide smile on his face, the anxiety in their hearts was slightly reduced.

The family decided to celebrate the result, so they walked to a restaurant.

As he took a small bite of the pork rinsed in gravy from his plate, he couldn't help but groan in pleasure.

The meat melted and soon a hint of energy flowed through his body. The dishes were expensive, but the ingredients used in them made it worthwhile.

When the family walked out of the restaurant, the three siblings had wide smiles, while the couple had smiles filled with helplessness.

The food was so good that the Fang family purchased more than usual, which resulted in higher spending.

Fang Yuan knew that, so he wanted to pay from his pocket. But as soon as he put out that idea, his parent's glare welcomed him. He immediately shut up and let Fang Tian pay the bill.

The family then returned to their inn. Now the family had to wait for the second round.

Many students who didn't have the minimum elemental value spiritual roots would be disqualified, so the number of students in the second round would be lesser.

Time flew by, and days passed in a flash.

The first round ended, and surprisingly, all the participants had their turn and did the test.
