A brief moment of silence followed as GX-290 scanned the information on the holographic panels.
In response, GX-290's circuits whirred, analyzing the data cascading across the panel in front of them.
His gaze remained fixed on the holographic imagery as he began to make sense of the chaos.
"The mysterious galactic protection layer of the infant planet... It's blocking most of our signals," he relayed, his voice resonating with an undercurrent of unease.
Genos recoiled, as if physically assaulted by the android's words. His metallic heartbeat accelerated, its echo resonating in his synthetic ribcage.
